I can say I have been in the industry with roofing over 12 years, so customer service is important to me, I had interviewed about 8 different companies to do this project. Everyone else who had came out had been way over price and still did not fully break down the project In detail. With this company everything went smooth to the first phone call, the actual bidding process was great, well explained and a fraction of of price. Everything was explained in full detail, the crew who came put arrived prompt and worked the whole time, and got done with the project early, i have a few more projects coming up and I know exactly were I am going in the future, it's crazy how a company can feel like family! Thanks again for the flawless work!!!

We were subcontracted by O3 PP to hang drywall on a job that Lazerrick had contracted. We performed the work, but he never paid us. I sent the bill to collections after 90 days unpaid but he refuses to respond. The next step is a lawsuit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY CONTRACTOR.

"[Member Name Removed], This is an unnecessary review that makes our company look unreliable. We subbed that contract out to you. You have all of the customers information and stayed in contact with him thru out your portion of the project. As well as your employees. We never received any revenue for our service. We just delivered the materials. The customer actually owes both of our companies but your choosing to place blame on us. We have all the documents to prove no wrong doing as well as receipts. You need to bill that customer to get your payment not us!"

I signed a contract with Lazerrick Holiday and O3 Property Preservation to complete a drywall install at a residential property. I provided a deposit for the work over 2 months for the start of the job. Lazerrick never showed on the scheduled day, cancel the job 2 days later, and has yet to return my deposit 2 weeks later.

It has been very slow as of late so revenue is on the decline at the moment. As soon as we have the funds available we will be issuing your refund. We are sincerely apologetic for this inconvenience."

The price estimated was a very good price.....Mr Lazerrick estimated 4 days it took 5 days work time....but total time was from 4 - 14 November.....we was expecting a few full days of work....but they only worked 3 - 3.5 hours per day.....this stretched out way further than we expected......virtually every day Mr Lazerrick's crew was late....Mr Lazerrick was on time....2 days he called off due to having a migraine....we understand that health issues and family issues can get in the way of anyone's project....we worked with him on that and adjusted the schedule accordingly. Their workmanship was satisfactory....there are a few tiny spots that I need to go over but overall it was okay and we appreciate all of their hard work they did for us and they were all very courteous and sincere.

Quick to respond and did great work! We had a larger hole in a bedroom upstairs and some ceiling work that needed to be done and they were both able to get done the same day in a little under an hour and a half. The work looks good. Would highly recommend!
