We Specialize In: NRB Property Management specializes in single family homes, duplexes, town homes, and condominiums. We manage properties in Puyallup, Spanaway, Tacoma, DuPont, Yelm, Milton, Federal Way, South Hill, Parkland, North Tacoma, Lakewood, Graham, Algona, Roy, Browns Point, and Auburn. Property Management Services: We can arrange for all necessary property services such as landscaping, painting, cleaning, hot tub/pool service and repairs. A solid relationship with qualified contractors assures us of qualified, prompt, and economical service. Most owners prefer a "hands-on" approach to property management where they cater to the property needs and repairs. We are here to support owners in the way they would like their properties managed. We offer flexibility and assistance in allowing owners to have as much or as little personal involvement in the management and care of their properties as they would like.

My family and I had to leave the PNW due to military obligations. Within a couple weeks of advertising NRB had our house rented out at a fair value (this was not an investment property and selling would have been a $50K loss). They found us a tenant and always kept renters in the property. This was important for us due to the fact that
During the years of service, NRB has helped us deal with a problem tenant and a HOA that was fine heavy/not responsive. They stood their ground and helped us get through it without any loss of income or serious issues.
If or when a repair needed to be done on the property, I was consulted before work was completed (unless it was a water leak/emergency obviously). The contractors they use do great work and are very fairly priced (some of the work I could not have done cheaper myself). If work needs to be done, they can find a contractor for the work and I didn't have to bother.
I have never had an issue with NRB's service. I couldn't be happier with the service provided to date.

NRB has managed my rental properties for a number of years and provides incredible customer service. I know my properties are in good hands with NRB managing them. They provide regular inspections and anytime there is an issue, I am contacted right away. Tenants stay in our properties so our vacancy rate is extremely low. The times we have had to fill a unit, NRB is quick to find a new tenant. I am so impressed with Randy and his team and highly recommend them to others on a regular basis.

1) If your tenant has pets they want 50% of the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. In other words they get paid 1/2 the money that is to go towards repairing pet damage.
2) Our first year with them, we asked for a simple statement to outline credits and debits (rent and services rendered) for tax purposes. They said they didn't usually do that but they could accommodate the request.??? ITS REQUIRED FOR TAXES.... but it gets worse...
after they were weeks late on getting it to us, I called to explain that my tax appt was nigh and I really needed those documents... her response? and quot;Well, I have time to either collect rent or send out your docs, which do you want??and quot;... Really?
3) I almost never got a call back and their response was always and quot;We're experiencing some changes in staff and stuff gets missed.and quot;
4) When I let them know we would finally be canceling services since their service was not really cutting, they told our tenant and quot;We were not on good terms with themand quot; Upon talking to our tenant she told me that NRB told her things circumstances were uncertain for continuation of their rental agreement. Thus, our tenants we're scrambling to look for another place since they didn't understand that we were canceling our property management agreement and not our lease agreement. I would never recommend them.
5) And finally, what exactly that $140 a month was paying for I may never know.
I am however relieved to see that others have been happy with their service and that my experience was evidently not the norm.
Also, as of 2013 it is now their standard procedure to send out statements every January for tax purposes.

The staff at NRB had our home advertised for rental very soon after it was ready to be rented. The process was much faster than we had anticipated. The day after it was advertised we had a potential renter who was very eager to put a deposit down on our property. We were actually doing a home inspection on our new home when Randy from NRB called to schedule a viewing. We signed a rental agreement later that evening before we closed on our new place!
Their prices are are also better than most other companies that we had considered.
We have used NRB Property Management going on eighteen months now and I have recommended them to a number of friends.
