I am very happy with them. I don't want anything big. They are super. I like the service. When I call them for help I get an actual person who is on the phone with me. They are there until 8 o'clock in the evening and on Saturdays. I think that's fabulous. I think the pricing is great. They don't hit me up for more. They don't bombard me with specials. They just give me good service at a good price and that's all that I want. They are very punctual and professional.

They've responded immediately to any issues I've had. When you call in you speak immediately with someone that knows what they're talking about. They've been good at suggesting alternative stuff. They put in a new faster system and gave me a new modem, which saves me about $10 a month, and was faster.

They did not show up as promised on the day promised. Came the next day, so I had to change my whole schedule. It has been two weeks and the phone is still not working correctly. I have litterally spent hours and hours on the phone and in person talking to them about the problems. Net Venture wants to appear as a big company that has tec support until 8:00 at night, but when I call around 5:00 in the evening there is never anyone there that can help me. They just take down my name and problem and say that Chad will call me back on Monday, this was on a Friday mind you and he never did call me back on Monday or Tue, so I called them on Wednesday and he was out sick. Needless to say it appears as though they only have one employee that can fix certain problems and I'm still having problems with my phone. The internet locks up when I'm watching a video at times which is not fun. Over all, I am very sorry I signed up with a company that I thought by their advertising was a professional company, but it seems to be more of a mom and pop business. Drew is an employee that has tried to be helpful, but can only do what his training allows. If you choose Net Venture I hope you have better luck than I did.
