Nerds On Call's thing is 'if we can't fix it, we won't charge you'. We called them because our computer wouldn't boot up. Chris showed up the next day as promised. He was there about 30-45 minutes trying different things and finally said he couldn't figure out why it wouldn't complete the boot process so he'd have to take it into the shop. He offered to have his sales staff call with a quote. They did so the following day. The quote was higher than retail but did include setup, however we decided to purchase retail.
