Sanded, cleaned and refinished hardwood floors.  They removed baseboards and isolated the area during sanding to keep dust down.  They always cleaned up afterward and on final day reinstalled baseboards and asked us to inspect the work.  Very professional.

He was awesome. He got the work done in three days. He did beautiful work. He gave suggestions. He accommodated me in his schedule. He was nice and friendly. He did what he said he was going to do. I was happy with him and his work. He did a beautiful work. I would use them in the future.

He comes when I ask him to come and stands behind already. I would probably use them in future.

He was very nice and punctual. He was the most affordable. The quality was not that good and there were some defects so we had to have him back out. He used a Mexican guy that he said had worked for him for a long time to do the work. He just showed up to get him started. We were out of town and when we got back there were some defects in the floor. The workmanship was not that good. He came back out and they did try to buff them out and put another coat on but it is still not right.

Excellent. Client is very happy with the results. First class job.

Mr. Sandman came out on time and wrote up a bid. Came back and sanded & refinished the floors. They did all the prep work and clean up. Floors look fantastic!!

My experience with them went well. My interaction with them was positive.

Everything done according to quotes and schedules. Sanded floors, vacuumed, left very little dust, applied sealer and three coats of polyurethane. Floor looks brand new.

Everything went great! The work was completed before his estimated completion time (not sure if this is usual for him or due to us not having moved into the house yet) and our floors look fantastic. He suggested some options that others did not - for example, we had an open floor register covered with an ugly piece of plastic. He suggested an inset wood register which looks great! None of the others who came out to give estimates even noticed this. Finally, we just appreciated his enthusiasm for the whole process of restoring older homes. His is very personable and answers email/phone daily and promptly.
