I called several electricians in Lynnwood where I live and nearby and couldn't even get most of them to answer the phone.  Maybe I paid a little more (I don't think my problem was very complicated - but it was beyond my google search troubleshooting), but maybe I didn't.  I don't really know what's fair for this work, and to be honest, I've never had a plumber, electrician, or pest control person out to the house for any less.
I was just happy someone answered their phone and actually came out within a day.  The only place in town I can say the same about, and I called over ten other places, many of them from Angie's list.  The ones that did answer were booked for five weeks out?!  I needed power sooner than that.
The technician that came out was as nice as could be, definitely knew his stuff and gave me the pricing up front, so I knew what I was in for.  He inspected the entire area of the circuit, found the problem, fixed it, and even gave me an overview of another electrical project cost I was considering having done soon.  I know who I'm calling for the work when I do it.

I hired Mr. Electric to wire my generator panel. They were supposed to provide a quote and I made the mistake of letting them do some work - total 10 minutes. I was hit  with a $258 minimum charge plus fuel surcharge and they didn't wire the right circuits. I contacted the owner to get at least the work done right, he said he would get back to me and disappeared.

He showed up at my  old house which i had given them new address on site and in an email.
he ws suppose to be here between 12-2  he showed up at about 2;30  spent about 15 min I had told them when i made appt i had to leave for work at 3pm  i told him what i knew he didnt  really do any thing looked checked one plug I knew every thing that had to be done. He told me nothing i didn't know already know.
It was a waste of my time and money No i wouldn't  recommend using them nor will I use them again
