I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance.  When I called to schedule my appointment Tanya was very polite and thoroughly explained how they worked.  They were booked up for the week - but I received a call that they had a cancellation and was able to get a quicker appointment.  :-)
The serviceman / technician that showed up (Joe) was prompt, organized, and in clean uniform.  He went to work and solved my problem and ordered the missing part I needed.  The return visit was promptly scheduled.

The range started leaking after another company repaired an electrical issue, returned and assured us there was no leak; but the odor of natural gas persisted--validated by our gas company. The Mr. Appliance technician was knowledgeable and skilled; had the right tools; and explained every step of his trouble shooting and repair process. (The previous company did not have the right tool for disassembling the gas burners, and did not have an electrical diagram to help diagnose the problem.) One issue: I suspected the gas connector hose was the problem, and made that clear when I made the appointment, but the repair technician arrived without a replacement hose, as it was not available at their office/warehouse, extending the service call time when he had to go to Lowes to purchase one after he confirmed the leak. Overall--I'm very satisfied and am certain that he was concerned for our safety as well as the operation of the range.

I had an extended warranty through Assurant Solutions and I called them first. After five trips to see what as wrong with the machine,they still didn't have it fixed. In fact it was worse. That's when I called you. The individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and gave me the recommendation of Mr. Appliance. I was so happy with how quickly the problem was addressed that i have referred them to several people that i know.

Our refrigerator wasn't pushing cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator area. Techicial knew what it was (the fan had gone bad) and took care of it. We should have probably unplugged the unit before he came as he had to spend time getting ice build up out of the freezer. Much better than Sears for both knowledge and availability.

Dishwasher began leaking on Monday and technician arrived at 6 pm in Wednesday to repair. Seal had deteriorated and three and a half hours later, dishwasher was apart, kitchen counters were black from deteriorated seal and hardwood floor was gauged. It was clear he did not know what he was doing and left. His boss called the next day (after we spent over two hours cleaning the kitchen) and arrived the following Saturday. He finished removing the old seal, but failed to bring a new seal. The boss came back the following Tuesday, installed the new seal and ruined the service panel at the bottom of the dishwasher trying to force it all back together. (He bent it - we discovered this later, and we removed the panel as the door would not fully open so that we could use it. Had left over clips that held the control panel to the door (he duct taped it to hold it together) and promised to find out where they belonged and said he would have his floor guy contact us about the gauges in the floor. Have not heard a word since. The only good thing about this fiasco was that they did not charge us since ultimately nothing was fixed (and he took the clips) and our hardwood floor was ruined.

I called Mr Appliance on a Monday, with the Whirlpool refrigerator model number. The dispatcher made an appointment for Wednesday, after 4 PM, once I returned home from work. The Technician, Glen, arrived at 6 PM, working on the defrosting mechanism for about two hours. Installed a new circuit board and thermostat. Total cost was $375.00, or $414.00 with tax. I had no clue as to the cost value in 375.00, just needed to get the freezer working again. Happy customer.

Great experience starting with the office manager, Tanya. She first checked to be sure we were located in her service area, asked for the problem, walked me through finding the model number and set the appointment. Also explained in detail how their service worked, what the repairman's name that would be arriving and when. Technician arrived promptly and examined the machine (after putting on his shoe booties to keep my floor clean), and gave me an estimate. We agreed on the service and scheduled the actual repair the following day, as he needed to acquire our specific replacement part. Showed up the following day, did the repair and the machine is working beautifully. Will definitely call them again!

I was impressed from the initial phone call. Tanya (sp?) who took the call was friendly and helpful. I had called other places that I was not so impressed with. Joe, who did the work, was friendly, clean, polite and knowledgeable. A misunderstanding in the charges a week later had me calling them back, and Tanya, again was helpful, efficient and took care of everything with the exact amount of intelligence and courtesy needed. She solved the problem immediately. I was impressed and grateful.

They ended up making good on the repair. The repair was done wrong in the first place. They quoted me a price on the repair, but the technician that was out had not analyzed the problem properly, and they ended up having to do more, but didn t charge me for it, so that was nice.

They are very professional. They are also extremely knowledgeable in the work and service they provide. They were able to handle the job on the first visit. Even though we have an old machine, the serviceman had the parts he needed on his truck, so he didn't have to order new ones or end up having the wrong ones. I got the impression he researched prior to his visit to make sure he had the right parts, which was very considerate of him.

They were able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours of my call and the technician was right on time. He wore hospital shoe covers to protect my carpet (a nice touch) and was done within an hour. The dishwasher worked fine for about a month then died again. This time it took a week to find a time that worked for both parties, but the same technician was again prompt. He quickly repaired the unit citing a faulty part from the previous repair (he said, "It happens about as often as a solar eclipse") and there was no charge.

A very nice and professional repair person came to our home to repair our Bosch dishwasher. It turned out that our sprayers weren't working because they where full of food he cleaned everything out and showed us how to maintain the machine to avoid further trouble. The price was a little high compared to the work actually done but he was very nice and professional and now the machine is working very well.

MR. APPLIANCE CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, ORDERED THE PART AND WAS BACK WITHIN A WEEK. THEY EVEN MADE A FOLLOW-UP CALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
