Is Move For Less a scam company? You decide. They did a great job moving me out of my condo (temp move for repairs), but then they disappeared when I needed to move back in - no returned VMs, no returned e-mails for 2 weeks and so I drove to the storage facility and got them to call for me and get a delivery date. When they brought my stuff(3 hours late, even though they texted they were on time),there were some valuable items missing and I received things that were not mine. I tried calling,texting, e-mailing multiple times with NO reply. My son says it’s a racket and that’s how they make ends meet, they steal high quality items. I assume he is right or, otherwise they would have at least responded. NEVER use them if you want your items returned.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Awesome customer service--patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The movers were so friendly, professional, and personable. They were also extraordinarily organized, efficient, and fast! This was my first moving experience with a moving company, and it was the best! What a pain in the butt, moving!! Move For Less was fair in the price, on time, and the move was completed without a hitch. I was impressed with the young men that came and did the heavy lifting. They are clean cut, very polite, respectful, and worked worked quickly. I asked for help moving other items at my home and they complied without delay. I hope i don't have another move but if I do I would call Move For Less again. I highly recommend them if you need to make the move. Mike H.

These guys are working pretty fast and it was my pleasure to work with Move For Less llc. If you are looking for a great service for an affordable price try them. They were very careful with my stuff and I've got everything without any scratches... Definitely recommend them!

This company is outstanding! Starting from the easiest way to book your move online, real quick response of the office staff (Alice mostly), professional explanation of the process and of course the process itself! Oh boy! Young men John, Sam and Paul were so professional end experienced, so polite and hardworking guys, I was impressed! They met all my expectations and made my move so easy and smooth. Not even single damaged on my furniture, everything was wrapped and taken care of, they even used floor covers to avoid damaging my floors. And of course, these days I have to mention their almost religious precautions of COVID-19. Everyone wear masks and gloves, even though it was very hot outside. They use hand sanitizers frequently and keep a distance from you. Impressive! I would definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know and use your services again in the future. Thanks so much for your Help!

They were late by over an hour, said they needed more people to move a one bedroom apartment , they waited in the truck till the other showed up not doing anything. They broke furniture but wrap others? Lost property( I was moving around the corner how do you loose things?)They took it upon them self’s to unpack and repack my stuff without asking , I had everything boxed emptied and ready to move they didn’t have to do anything but put the stuff in the tuck,were the slowest movers I’ve ever seen. They took 8 hours of actual working time not including the two hours they just hung out to move a one bedroom apartment 100ft around the corner yes stairs were involved but that is no excuse for procrastinating just to make the customer pay more money they don’t have because “they” decided to be lazy. My family are all over fifty five and have knee issues and they would have had me packed and moved in less then three hours. This is not the way to run a business, also move for less uses two men and a truck not sure if it’s the same company or not but the whole thing just seemed like a scam it was ridiculous!! They had me pay double what I was quoted I was quoted $650 and charged $1300 in this day and age how dare they take advantage of people with no money who aren’t given a choice and Have to move

Customers have tendency to underestimate the number of their belongings which is why before we start working a new on-site estimate can be given. This is according to the UTC regulation, we have the right to re-estimate. What do you want us to do if you have way more stuff than a regular 1 bedroom move? You had a full 26 ft truck which is worth of 2-3 bedrooms! You were so nice during the move, we were in touch all the time to make sure everything was ok. To call our movers lazy who work hard is not fair. You wanted to tip them but you did not have enough money so the company tipped them. We do not take any advantage, we just can't work for free. We are not a non-profit organization because we have employees and expenses. Moving companies are struggling and offering discounts just not to crush. I feel this review is like writing behind the back while everything was ok and you were happy and understanding and then ...seeing this rate is nonsense. When we asked for your feedback you wrote: "Great guys!!!!!" and gave us 4 stars, which was understandable as you did not expect it will cost more. Do you want me to send you a screenshot of your review? So how "great guys" became lazy now? It is offending. If we could rate customers, I am not sure we would give you 5 star either and we would definitely not recommend providing a moving service to you. Alice Move For Less"

Almost all of the stuff was not damage, They did a good job packing. They subcontracted "Two men and a truck" and they dont have equipment that causes small damages from where I move, but the "Move for Less" took care it.
