Great service with friendly, professional people.  We have been customers for several years and the water and service has always great.  I have graded  the "quality" rating an F, not for the the water quality but the 5 gallon bottles which are not BPA free.  Mountain Mist must get into the 21st century and eliminate this ubiquitous contaminant from their bottles.  This toxic chemical has molecules that escape their chemical bonds and can migrate into the water.  There is enough evidence about the dangers of BPA that many companies have eliminated it from plastics - especially baby and children's products.  Anyone using Mountain Mist should contact them and ask that they eliminate BPA from their bottles.

I initially called the main office to get a general price to compare it to other providers. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, and she helped me find the best deal that they were offering, which happened to be on their website. Even though I am someone who has actually designed websites for business, their website was extremely confusing to use to actually take advantage of the deal she told me about (a free month of dispenser stand rental, and cheaper per bottle prices for a year). So, she actually walked me through submitting an order on their website over the phone, which I really appreciated! I never expect absolute perfection from a provider, but their response to problems like this says everything. Our water was delivered as promised, for an excellent price that beat hauling smaller bottles home from Costco every month. I'm really picky about the flavor of water, but their water is really clean and pure tasting without any metallic undertones like some bottled waters. Overall, so far, I'm very happy with Mountain Mist!

MY DAUGHTER HAS SPECIAL NEEDS AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF. SOME ONE CONTAMINATED HER WELL AND SHE HAD NO WATER AND NO CAR TO GO GET ANY. SHE IS ALL BY HER SELF WITH VERY UNFRIENDLY NEIGHBORS , SO NO ONE TO HELP HER. MOUNTAIN MIST WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BRING HER WATER THAT VERY SAME DAY, WITH OUT ME EVEN PAYING A CENT !!!! I MEAN EVEN BEFORE OUR ACCOUNT WAS EVEN SET UP. HOW MANY COMPANYS THESE DAYS WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP SOME ONE LIKE THEY DID ??? NONE !!! THEY ARE THE GREATEST WATER COMPANY OUT THERE . SO IF ANY OF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING HOME DELIVERED WATER, USE MOUNTAIN MIST I GIVE THEM A 100 GOLD STARS THE WHOLE COMPANY IS WORK ON HELPPING YOU AND MAKING SURE YOUR NEEDS ARE FILLED.

They are amazing, nothing buy positive feedback for them. Anytime I need extra, or need to change my schedule, they are extremely flexible.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NOW FOR A FEW YEARS AND THEY SEEM TO BE VERY EFFICIENT WITH DELIVERING THEIR PRODUCT TO US. IF WE RUN OUT OF WATER WE CALL AND THEY BRING US MORE RIGHT AWAY.

WE ARE ON A REGULAR DELIVERY SO, IT WAS NO PROBLEM TO ORDER EXTRA STOCK FOR THEM TO BRING TO US ON THE WEEK OF THE PARTY. NICE NOT TO HAVE TO CARRY IT ALL FROM THE STORE TO YOUR CAR AND THEN UP TO THE HOUSE.
