Absolutely the worst experience. Patio furniture as moved as directed by HOA away from the fencing project and we were assured the brand new furniture and recently finished pavers (about $3500 value) would be safely protected from paint splatters. The crew looked like temp helpers from a work force hiring center, they cursed constantly and hurried through the job leaving large areas unpainted. About 20% of our new pavers were splattered, as well as our outdoor furniture frames. I met with the contractor and he said he understood and would do whatever to make it right. I waited for resolution and meanwhile his same inexperienced crew (by Gab's own admission) showed up to do outside patio touch-up. The touch-up resulted in more paint flying over the fence and this time landing on my patio cushions. I contacted Gab, the owner, and he has ignored my request to cover the cost of the damages $1033.00 (new pavers to replace paint splattered pavers, a new cushion for the damaged and new frames to replace the paint damaged chair frames. I have ultimately had to file in small claims court. I am aware that I am one of two owners with damaged pavers. Both of us have filed in small claims court. My question is ...if Miracle Home Improvement, LLC is truly insured why isn't Gab filing an insurance claim and paying the damage? BTW when Gab found out I was leaving a review here, he changed the contact info on Angie's list to a fake owner and address and left an obscenity as the description. Humm... they are a classy company.
