It went very, very well. My cat received good care while staying in a kitty condo. He was also allowed out once in a while to get some exercise. He was brushed, received necessary yearly tests and played with during the day.

This vet is by far every pet owner's dream. They are always professional, welcoming, and they genuinely care about the animals that walk through the door and the owners too. I had to put my childhood cat down (kidney failure after many, many years) and almost a year later they still make sure I don't have to use that specific exam room when I come in with my other cat. What's so special is I never asked for such a small detail to be remembered and they did it on their own. I'm always put at ease that my little one is staying with them. For one trip I was gone just under a month and they took pictures of her and sent updates. Every time I've had to leave either my first cat or my current cat I've never worried about either of them getting anything but the best of attention. (The office also provides an adorable report card at the end so you know what your animal was up to while you were away.) While they can be pricey, it's well worth it for the attention they pay to detail, the friendliness of the staff and both doctors, and the cleanliness of their office. Plus the veterinary assistants are absolutely amazing. I can't write enough good things about them all. Every experience has been a good one and I've felt all the direction they've provided - and care they've given my cats - has been outstanding. (The price below was about a week of boarding with two cages.)

This clinic is amazing, the staff and Doctors are caring, kind and do great work, We came here because a pet we inherited had a history here, but have since taken our other pets here as well, because they are so good.
Of special note is Dr. Warren herself, the practice Owner, who has assembled this great team. She is hands on, does everything in her clinic from top to bottom alongside her staff, and is just great. I can think of no one that I would trust more with our pets, who are the children we never had.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, we always get our questions answered, and our requests met quickly, they are always able to accomodate our weird schedule, and when we have had needs on the weekend, they have always made it happen. I have had the staff call the vet afterhours for me and the vet has taken the call from a remote location to answer our questions and concerns.
Our most recent experience was unfortunately to end the suffering of a beloved pet, and Dr. Warren made it the best it could be. Our last image of this event is of the Doctor sitting with our kitty after we had left the exam room, and she was still reassuringly petting our kitty after she had slipped into eternal sleep.
If you have doubts about the level of care a given vet is providing to your pet, or their treatment of your animal in your asbsence, go to Met Vet. This is a loving, caring environment, there are not animals howling in the backroom in distress as in some clinics, there is not surly counter help who make you feel guilty about your pet or try to upsell you the latest vaccinations or flea treatments. Met Vet is clean, calm, and the staff are happy people who put your pet at ease.

My dog's bottom began smelling and I knew she needed her anal glands
emptied. She went regularly to her last vet for about $15.00 each time.
(That is about the same as anywhere else, a groomer being slightly cheaper)
We recently moved to the
area and I purchased Angie's List specifically for a Dog Walker and
Vet. I called Met Vet and they were quick to make an appointment and
accommodate my dog as new client. When we arrived the lady answering the
phones was ready to charge us before they gave any treatment to my dog
or introduced themselves to me and my dog. Also, she was going
to charge me an office visit of $50+ and the Service Fee to squeeze the
glands $30+ ... ($80+ to empty glands?!) I said that we never have paid that much before. It's
usually around $15.00. All of the sudden they were able to and quot;waveand quot; the
office visit for me, bringing the total to about $35. The vet tech
quickly came out and took my dog to the back. She returned less than 5
minutes that she was all done. I asked if I could meet our New Vet... I
was told that the vets were having a meeting together and that wasn't
possible. I was given a friendly goodbye. It was all very very awkward
and I am seeking another vet for my dog.

Dr. Warren and her staff are always friendly and considerate. Our appointment was later than expected due to some emergencies, but they kept us well informed and I'm glad they are open in the evenings several days a week so we don't have to take time off work for our animal check-ups. My dog is treated well and gentle reminders for me to do her teeth brushing happen as well!

They are wonderful. I like everyone that works there. Dr. Warren is very personable. The facility is very clean and they are good to the animals. I have been going there 4 or 5 years. Their prices are a little high but they are worth it.

We were given all the pricing options and impact on her health, and we choose to go with the higher cost to provide as much safety as possible. They confirmed her appointment and pre-surgery instructions, provided a clear cost estimate, and everything went well during and after surgery. Our puppy has healed wonderfully after only a week. The staff and facilities at Met Vet are top notch.

They worked her in as a new patient on a Friday afternoon. I was leaving on a trip and I was worried about leaving my dog but this vet was fantastic. She gave me a personal call the next day with her cell phone number if I needed her and they stayed in contact with my pet sitter the entire time I was on the trip. The staff is great, I never feel rushed, they are very caring, they just go above and beyond in service. Their office is always spotless as well.
