For various reasons (completely unrelated to this work), we decided to put the remodel that we had discussed on hold so we never had a chance to continue working with John and his team but he was very professional, friendly and nice to work with and we would happily recommend him.
When I had a great deal of difficulty with the remodeling company doing the work, he helped advise me on what my rights were and how best to try to resolve the problems. He was supportive of me and helped me get through a very difficult situation. If I ever need to do hire another architect, it will be him. He was professional and I have to say he was worth 3x what I was billed.
