They were very helpful with us when we were picking out the carpet. The installers were a company that Lowes hooks up with. The installers did an amazing job. Really happy with the work they did.

They were excellent. The sales people were good and knowledgeable about the different kinds of carpet and helping us find what was best for us. They were also great about following up about getting the contractors out to do the work and how the work went when it was finished. We were very impressed with their follow-up, considering it is quite a large box store.
