Excellent.

We go back for any oil changes and repair work. We've been going there for 15 years. We believe they're honest. They give us assessment that indicates they had the car done. Say, for example; we had a light that indicated low level and the windshield fluid it was stuck in the on position. We thought we were low, and we were not. He said it would cost about $300 to replace it for the backlight and that money would be better spent elsewhere. He recommended we didn't bother it, just manually check the fluid, when it runs out then fill it at that point. They were not pushing us for example to do that work.

They are excellent and fair, they will advise you whether it's worth doing the work, or make suggestions for something that doesn't need to be done right away. They are just very honest.

I love their honesty, I've been using them for years.  This will sound weird, but I really enjoy taking my vehicles here.  I love the fact
that when you call in and give your symptoms the receptionist (wife?) usually knows what the problem is.  She?s an absolute delight.
I once had a car in for a problem, which after they had for a day or two they told me what the problem was and explained to me how to fix it on my own if I wanted, which I did.  No cost for the whole deal.

I was very impressed with the whole operation. They were polite, efficient, and did exactly what they said they would do. They saved the part and showed where the problem was and gave a 12 month guarantee or 1200 miles. This will be my go to place.

I have been Taking my car to Lloyd and Wilson for a couple of years now. The big thing I Love Love Love about them is their Honesty. They do great work and are Fair about pricing. I had a problem once where everyone was telling me it sounded like I needed a really expensive part and I took it to them and they cleaned this part out . It worked beautifully and cost me very little. Now that's honesty !!!

I typically do my own work . After research, this shade tree mechanic decided the big boys should have this one. I already knew the price of the part I needed so I started calling around. I dropped the car off and midday I rec a call saying hey we can save you 200.00, the problem I thought was incorrect. Like anyone else I said cool. Then I got another call saying no we were both wrong. Instead of just the alternator coupling, all three were bad. So, I did pay for the parts. Unlike some shops, they did not charge any addl labor fee. They got the job done at the original quoted price, plus just the extra for the two other parts I needed. Very cordial, nice and efficient.

Charge was as described, work was done well and on time.

Land W are always professional. They did a thorough inspection of the problem and came back to us with an accurate estimate. Along the way they got everything done in the time frame they had estimated and for less than the original estimate. They will be our mechanic for the foreseeable future.

They are absolutely wonderful! Another mechanic tried to tell me I needed several things done and Lloyd and Wilson gave it to me straight and only fixed what needed to be fixed! I trust them completely.

They are great I really like the customer service. They are completely reliable and they have been in business for over twenty years now. The have much better prices then the dealerships on repairs. I would give them A's across the board and I will continue to use them in the future.

Had the work done that day and was able to pick up on my way home from work. Very friendly staff and cost came in under the actual estimate. Long running family owned business that I will go to for now on and highly recommend to others. Drove away and could tell the difference in how the truck was running immediately.

It turns out the oil change didn't solve the problem. We had to get another engine and they found us a used engine that works great for us. We appreciate them trying the oil change before charging us for the big job and they did a good all around.

They were great and very professional.

It went very well overall. I asked for the service at 8 am, took my car in at 11am and left with the fixed headlight at 12 noon. The front end staff were friendly and very accommodating. They even recommended a couple of good coffee shops nearby where I could plug in my computer to the internet and good some really great java.

The mechanic who did the work went over the work -- very well-versed and thorough. I will be happy to come back to this company and would recommend them to anyone. They appear to work on cars of all types.
