La Z Boy Inc - Lakewood

We only had the furniture for about a month and the padding and mechanical parts were breaking down, it wouldn't recline properly and you were down to the wood on the fabric because the foam shifts right away, there was nothing holding the foam in place. I let them know it was falling apart and I had to fight them tooth and nail to get it fixed.  I finally had to have some of my family members take the furniture out of my house and physically take it to them before they would fix it. I had to threaten them with legal action. People pay good money for this furniture and it is made poorly. They ended up fixing it a little bit but it is still is not fixed all the way. One of the arms are fixed only because I had to stuff it and try to sew it myself.
