Nice friendly busy place. I had to go back yesterday for a broken nail and they repaired it no charge as an ongoing client.

I work in healthcare so we are highly restricted on what kinds of nail treatments we are permitted and with the constant use of alcohol based hand sanitizers my nails take a brutal beating. In the past coworkers have suggested that I try shellac nail polish to protect the health of my nails. I have gone to 4 different salons in Tacoma and each have been a complete waste of my money, the shellac pealing off in days and not lasting the 2 weeks advertised that it would. That is until I tried LaBella. Those folks KNOW what they are doing! My shellac lasts 2-3 weeks on average, it doesn't peel up at all (just grows out with the natural progression of my nail growth) and helps maintain the integrity of my nails despite the abuse they take. I have gone back for a nail polish change once already and it too has held up! I will continue to use LaBella from now on!
So on my first visit I asked for a spa pedicure and a shellac manicure. I expected to be there for hours but I was pleasantly surprised by how they handled my request. They sat me in my own spa chair, brought me a drink, and pampered me with TWO professionals. One worked on my hands, the other my feet... both very pleasant and engaged me in conversation instead of ignoring me and talking amongst themselves. I was really impressed with everything the service included for such a reasonable price! I couldn't have been happier!

I usually choose the fanciest pedicure one can get, which is $50, and $55 for the hands, so I usually spend $100 on myself every two weeks but one doesn't have to, I just choose the expensive services. The reason I started going there was my mom went there for actual-fake nails. They loved her and she loved them, so my husband and I started going there. They loved my mom and of course, when they found out that, she had passed and when I went for a manicure and pedicure the day before her funeral, they didn't charge me. They told me the free service was on behalf of my mother because they loved her. They even sent flowers to the funeral home. They are just really cool. The owner is Vietnamese and he speaks perfect English, which I find to be a huge benefit, so does his wife. When I went there before Christmas, I had a Christmas present waiting for me. They are just a high class, fancy spa.
