+ -1 moreIf you want him you better negotiate with him and have him do what he is supposed to do, nothing more. He came with a helper and it still took 5 days to do the work. All I wanted was a simple repair and he did overkill on the job. I had to do the clean-up after they were gone.
Description of Work: He is restoring weather damage due to poor construction on my house. He has been doing various projects around my house.
