THE LOAN OFFICER, REBECCA SOBUS, PROVIDED US WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION. (I.E., RATE OF INTEREST, CRITICAL LOCK-IN INFORMATION, CORRECTLY QUALIFYING US FOR SECONDARY STATE FUNDING, RETURNING CALLS TO US, REAL ESTATE AGENTS, OUR INSURANCE CONTACT AND CLOSING COORDINATORS), THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS NECESSITATING FOUR EXTENSIONS ON THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, DELAYING OUR MOVE BY 26 DAYS AND WILL COST CLOSE TO $18,000 OVER THE LIFE OF THE LOAN.
