Integrated NW Construction

Integrated NW Construction made a disaster of my remodel!! The following represent my opinion on Integrated NW Construction and their comments on my first review: Reference contractors false comments in the first review. Do your homework!! Read my first review carefully. A simple Google search should help you determine which party is credible. Integrated NW Construction's management used a fake name when representing themselves to me to willfully hide the identity of their lead guy! Really??? You be the judge on who to believe Again, In my opinion this company should be 100% avoided. Their bond is very low but it still might be worth going after to recoup some of my losses. I still have time. If you do hire them, I would make sure the bond covers the size of your project because, in my opinion, you will need it! Don't make the same mistake as me! It was expensive!

They just finished here Tuesday, they started in December. This was on my vacation home. It's not a flat roof anymore. The flat roof collapsed from the weight of all the snow. We had to go thru all kinds of hoops, but They did such a nice job on the final clean up.

The following represents my sole opinion and opinion only of my experiences and business dealings with Integrated NW Construction and their ownership. The reader should form their own opinion of this company. I felt compelled to share my experience with Integrated NW Construction for the readers benefit. My Opinion and experiences: This company is poorly run. Don't be fooled by the fancy showroom in Hoodsport and their website. To the best of my knowledge, the owner has little or no construction experience. Her husband/employee, Richard Ohl, AKA Richard Kennedy, who in my opinion really runs the operation, goes by his alias Richard Kennedy for good reason. A simple Google search of Richard Ohl may explain why. My structural remodel with Integrated NW Construction ended in total disaster. I fired Integrated NW Construction in the middle of my project for total incompetence. Nothing went right with this company. Nothing! Richard and Caralyn are charming on the surface but in my opinion are deceptive and misrepresented their company's capabilities. Problems that I experienced include but are not limited to the following: House foundation issues, garage engineering drawings were not followed, entire garage out of square, the home and garage did not pass Mason County inspection without significant structural rework, windows were installed incorrectly, 24 x 35 concrete garage slab was poured incorrectly resulting in removal and replacement, Cabinets measured incorrectly resulting in rework and reconfiguration, the home was unnecessarily exposed to the elements for months resulting in mold problems which in turn lead to floor replacement and sheet rock removall, load bearing walls were not built to code, Main structural metal columns were installed incorrectly and reset numerous times, ceiling was framed incorrectly, load bearing beams were incorrectly fabricated thus failing inspection, permits were not properly obtained resulting in demolition of newly built structures, concrete steps poured wrong, doors installed improperly and significant overbilling was discovered! A complete and total disaster!! The bond that this company carries is insufficient to cover significant claims so be aware that you may be left holding the bag if you have major problems like I did. I'm not easily fooled but I have to say, they got me! Don't make the same mistake as me!! You have been warned!
