Alex (aka. Aleksei Nekrasov) helped me create a customized work statement that addressed all of my siding needs. He had to remove all the defective T1-11, install new sheathing (i.e. plywood), install vapor barrier wrap, install James Hardie Cemplank fiber-cement siding, prime or caulk all field-cut edges, install flashing, etc. Alex & his crew worked very hard & was able to complete all the work in a compressed schedule. They were very professional & courteous. My house is brand new on it's exterior & looks amazing. Alex was very helpful with each step in the process & I would highly recommend Innotech LLC to anyone. I got quotes from other contractors & they couldn't touch his price. One of them was Home Depot & they wanted tons more money, mainly because of their name.
