Justin is very knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. We thought we would have to replace our older sprinkler system and called him for an estimate and he problem-solved and found out that our water shut-off valve was not fully open. Voila, the sprinklers had enough pressure to work. It must not have been turned on fully after someone did some work for us. We had him come out again to repair some of the sprinkler heads. We had previously used another larger company and were not satisfied with their work and responsiveness. Justin is our sprinkler guy now. Just call him.

Mr. Howell performed the work requested, then examined the entire system and found a number of places where the system was spraying directly on the side of the house, leading to damage to siding after only one season. He recommended moving some sprinkler heads and replacing others with smaller capacity heads to reduce overspray. After the initial work was accomplished, I asked Mr. Howell to come back and install irrigation to a portion of my yard that the original company incorrectly said could not be added to the irrigation system, and to install a rain sensor to prevent over-irrigation during wet weather. Through-out the three work sessions, Mr. Howell was extremely courteous, and made sure I knew what was going on and what the pros and cons were for each of the recommendations he made. He is highly proficient, with excellent customer service skills. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a new system installed, or who needs repairs or semi-annual service to existing systems.

Arrived on time. Much more knowledgeable than companies I have used in the past. Suggested future landscape improovment. Was pleasant and upbeat. Very reasonable cost. Finished the job on time and it looks exactly like what I had wanted. Will definitely be using his services in the future! I am a very happy customer!
