Because the cabinets were done 13 years ago, it was difficult to match the color and finish. The owner was also working through family health issues, as well as recovering from the Great Recession and staff cuts as a result. Communication was slow, missed a couple of deadlines. I finally had to visit the shop in person to move things along. The work did get done, and it worked out fine in the end...but a myriad of things (above) made this a more difficult job than it had to be. The shop can do nice customized work.

We have friends who used the company for their remodel and were very satisfied with the the whole process from design to installation.Bob the owner,along with Tracey the designer were wonderfull.They were able to incorporate our ideas with their expert advice.We can not overestimate their communication skills.Cabinets are constructed very well using solid wood,and top quality hardware.Being local the turnaround time from final design to delivery/installation was about thre and a half weeks.They are highly recommend.
