I needed to have my tile roof removed and replaced with asphalt shingles. I interviewed 5 roofing companies, and I am totally pleased with my selection. Mike is professional, friendly, honest and authentic. His crew was knowledgeable, nice, and worked nonstop. Everything was addressed up front, and communication with Mike was excellent before, during, and after the job was completed. My roof looks great! I definitely would recommend this business.

I had contacted 8 roofing contractors over a 9 month period and only three came out to look and none came back to do the job. Hawks came out when they said they would and fixed the problem within an hour. Total time spent on other roofers 9 months nothing fixed! Total time with Hawks one and a half days and job completed!

We are extremely pleased with the new roof that Mike and his crew installed on our house. There are no painless renovation projects, but Mike went above and beyond with customer service—helping us understand every step of the way. Before the job: He was extremely prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. He spent time talking with us about the value of the products that he uses, and informed us about a 50-yr warranty that we could get. He told us that other companies might be slightly cheaper, but they won't offer the same warranty or quality of products. With the few other contractors who came out for an estimate, he was exactly right. They offered a lower quality product and very little cost savings. Not Mike. He's proud of the materials he works with, and he'll tell you why they are the best. The project: The work started on-time and was complete within the timeframe we were expecting. The crew was relatively neat and tidy. After the first two days of work, my wife and I had some questions about a few of the aesthetic details. Mike took our call and spent a lot of time with us, trying to figure out how to make sure that we were happy once the project was complete. He wrote and incredibly thorough recap email that provided suggestions for how to address our questions. The result: We are very happy with the end result of the renovation. The new roof looks fantastic and works much more efficiently to vent and protect the tiles. Mike provided an itemized list of other projects we should consider doing, but he was entirely no-pressure with us when we only decided to do a few (not all) of them through Hawks. I never felt like he was up-selling us. Just looking out for our house. Sidenote: I believe Mike said he used to do home inspections. It's clear from my experience with him that he knows a lot about how to keep a home protected from the elements—functioning properly. I felt that I could always depend on him to give me honest advice for the best way to update and protect our home. Summary: I'd recommend Hawks for anyone who needs work done on their roof. As I said before, no renovation is painless, but Mike and his team made sure to do the best quality work, with the best materials at a price that was within our budget.

Personable dudes with good attitudes took the time to explain what was needed and why. Showed up for an estimate and were able to complete the job while on site right then and there. I'd hire these guys again if needed.

We had a leak in our roof and had a lot of water coming in our entry way after a heavy rain. Mike did a thorough roof inspection and found the area that was leaking right away. He fixed this, and also did some preventive maintenance in other areas he found that could leak in the near future. I felt he was honest in his business practices. Showed me pictures of the problem areas, and only charged his minimum service fee. Problem was fixed in under an hour.

There was damage to the roof that they worked on 2 years ago, recently some damage was done to it, I called them, and they came to fix it!

Had him remove satellite dishes from our roof (2), and wanted him to cover up any hole left behind. He had a quick and effective solution that didn't take long at all. I appreciated his ability to get out to my place quickly and how he explained to me what he did.

They did a great job. Only took 2 days and they were done. Showed me problems with old shingles so I had the whole roof replaced. Sent me pictures of defects as they came up. I let them pick color to match the house and completed roof came out looking great.

They showed up on time and completed the garage roof replacement in one day. They cleaned everything up and were gone. Still waiting for the first heavy rain, but the roof looks great!!

Hawks Remodeling LLC roofed our house earlier this year. After purchasing our home in 2015, we found ourselves in need of a roofing contractor that was both reliable and was able to accommodate the urgency of installing a new roof in during the rainy season and an already busy schedule. Hawks was contracted to install of a new roof that was both economical and the best value for the materials and the workmanship. They worked closely with us to find the most practical time to install the entire roof while working with the very demanding restrictions of the weather here. Landon’s roofing presentation about the roofing process and materials to be used was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He presented different options and materials we could work with and what would best insure we have a reliable and well-built roof that will outlast the home itself. Hawks business workmanship comes with a ten-year warranty which is longer than the other four contractors we contacted when getting quotes. The materials used gave us the best quality and longest warranties for the value as well. The quote and written explanation of work to be done and prices were straightforward, well documented and easy to understand exactly what work would be done by them. The project required them to materials and the dumpster to be delivered to the house, the removal of two layers of shingles and the damaged areas of plywood that had started leaking. Throughout the whole process, start to finish, Landon has always been readily available for questions and additional info and ideas to insure the work is done as easily and quickly as possible. His willingness to work with us and show that extra dedication and effort made a difficult and unexpected investment in our home a well-invested expense. We called because our roof was at the end of its life cycle. We had missing shingles from wind storms, moss, and significant amount of deterioration of the granules on the old asphalt shingles. One of the owners, Landon, called right away after submitting online for an inspection/estimate. In a very timely manner, he came to our house, inspected the roof, and very respectively share his findings and laid out our options with absolutely no pressure. We had another estimate in which the sales person was extremely pushy, a bit derogatory, and whose estimate came in $15K more (for same brand\materials)!!! Goes to show that it's always good to get more than one estimate. On a Monday afternoon a dumpster was placed in our driveway in front of the garage, and the materials were delivered and placed on our roof. The next day the crew arrived and did the work tear off of the old roof, and the new GAF Timberline Architectural roof was installed. Quite a nice improvement over the old 3-tab shingles. The crew was professional and courteous. They clean up the debris around the perimeter of the house that had fallen down while they did their work. We were very pleased with Landon and Hawks Remodeling. We would use them again, and we highly recommend them.

I had a total of 3 bids when my wife and I decided to have our roof replaced. Hawks Remodeling was the only company who took the time to sit down and explain their roofing system components in a way we could understand it (I work with computers. I'm not what you'd call a "handy man"). They had great quality, a very fair price, and were easy to work with. The installation was quick and smooth. Great Experience!

I suspected I had a leak in my roof. The company had an employee in the area and he responded quickly, checking out my attic and the roof. Several areas around the chimney and pipes needed attention and he applied sealant in those areas.

I used Hawk Remodeling's services while I was out of town and needed work done on my home. They were very conscientious of my time and concern about my home. They called me to update me on the status of the job and kept me in the loop as much as possible. If I have to, I will certainly hire them again!
