I was referred to Hardwood Images by The Hardwood Pro who we normally use to refinish our wood floors. The Hardwood Pro was in the middle of a big job and we needed a floor refinished on short notice. Hardwood Images did a fabulous job on floors that were completely trashed. Rick the owner used Pall-X 96 waterborne finish on the floors, which I later learned was a very trusted brand in Europe and is very highly rated for commercial applications, ideal for our purposes. He also had some tricks to bring back the warm color of oil finished floors that were very satisfactory. They were careful throughout the process and taped off doorways to contain the dust.
