I went in to get replacement keys for my car because this place was recommended to me. Went in and Randy helped me. He starts programming my keys and then comes and gets me because the door latch broke after he used the new key, ( I took my car in just a couple of days ago to a mechanic to have a full check up and he used our key and had no problem.) I come out and he had taken my door apart and told me which part he broke and said he would charge me $238 for labor to install the new part. Also, I would have to go to the car dealership and buy said part. So he broke my door and gave me a quote on how much it to cost to install. After I came home we called and spoke to him again and he said he didn’t break it and that it is our responsibility to fix it. But that he can still install the new part for $238. He gave me no warning when I went in there that this is something that could happen. If he had told me that I would’ve said thank you for your time and I would’ve left the store. I left a message with the store manager but have yet to hear back from him

My safe was damaged during a recent move. The dial for entering the combination was completely broken off. I called Guardian and asked if they had someone who could open it for me--they were shorthanded that day but made an appointment for me the following morning. I could have had them come to my house, but they encouraged me to bring the safe in to them if I could because it would be much less expensive. The safe and its contents weighed 85 pounds, but I was able to find a neighbor to help get it into my car.
The next day they took it out of the car and told me they'd call when it was open. About 2 hrs later, they called and said I could come get the contents. They brought the safe out to the front counter so I could make sure everything was there. They had drilled it in three different places and then taped it back shut with security tape. I inventoried the contents and confirmed it was complete.
The safe was obviously destroyed, so I asked if they would just get rid of it for me. The man I had been dealing with said sure, then disappeared into the back for a few minutes and came back and told me I'd have to take it because they don't dispose of safes. That was the only surprising part of the process, but at least they carried out to my car again. I went directly to the landfill and got rid of it (for $10 more). Unfortunately, I did have to get it out of my car by myself.

We recently bought a 2005 Chevy Aveo and it only had one car key. We tried to have our car key copied at Lowes but they weren't able to do it because they didn't have the right machine. We went to Guardian Security Group and they hand cut each key for our car. They were friendly, fast, and best of all, skilled - the keys work perfectly.

The dealer had quoted me about $300 to do the same job but I had to have it towed to them.
The guy from Guardian was very professional.
When he was here I told him that I only had one key for my 2010 Mazda RX8. They have them at their store.
This Locksmith ACTUALLY has a physical location. So I went there for an extra key for my Mazda. The dealer had quoted me over $300 for the key. Guadian made it for $205.00.
All togehter they saved me about $200.00
