Rodrigo, met me at a rental property that I was getting ready to put on the market. He was on time and a peasure to work with. We discussed the work needed to bring the 11,000 square property up to a standard that would look presentable for sale. He gave me a written quote which i thought to be fair. The following week Rodrigo and his crew went to work. After a full day of labor, the property looked AMAZING! The trees and bushes were trimmed, rotten plants and shrubs were pulled, grass was cut and edges trimmed. 18 yards of beauty bark was placed neatly around the property. It was a complete transformation! The property is the nicest in the neighborhood. Thank you to Rodrigo and his crew!

Rodrigo and his assistant were awesome. They trimmed a lot of hedge to our specifications. They were professional and courteous. They did an amazing job. This monster hedge has never looked so nice. I use to do it and I have hired this job out to others over the years. Green Grass Landscaping did the best job yet. They also removed a very large pampas grass. They cleaned up afterwards very well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Jim

Beauty Bark Mowing Edging First of all Rodrigo and his crew were on time. Even called ahead of time to let me know about an accident on the Highway that may have caused him to be late. Very respectful to think of a customer like that. My home had just been put on the market for sell and with so much going on, i had no time to tidy up my front, side and back yard. I would Definitely recommend Rodrigo and his crew for any type of yard maintenance needed.

Spectacular, areas worked on are now clean and clear of debris and able to now get to areas of property previously blocked by overgrowth.

Everything seemed to be going as planned. Communication was good in the beginning, however, I spoke to the owner of the company about the new sod and how I was dissatisfied with the quality of the new sod after placement. Some of the sod on both sides of my front lawn started to die about 2 days after it was placed on the dirt. I complained to the owner and he did nothing to resolve this matter. All he did was give me excuse after excuse. I asked him to remove the dead sod and do over. He said that his job was done and didn't do what was asked of him. The quality of the work performed on my front lawn was bad. Some of my neighbors could see the bad grass and they asked me about it. It was very embarrassing, to say the least, and to know that this company would not fix it made me very upset. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I refer anyone to them either. It was just a horrible experience!

Yard looks fantastic!

Unfortunately owner would postpone mowing the day service was previously agreed. This happened once last year and now twice this year. Yesterday's excuse was 'too much traffic'. He said they return in a week, declined my request/insistence to complete sooner. The grass is already quite tall today. He told me to find another mowing service.

They were timely, receptive to instructions, communicated pros and cons of lowering trees too much, flexible regarding add ons and did a terrific job. They were done in under 4 hours and cleaned up all the clippings. This was our first time hiring these tasks out. Invoice was available on line before they left.

Very good. Lawn looks much better and owner was professional. He was willing to educate me on lawn care. My only concern is that owner promised me he would hand spray weeds (but could not do this in the fall due to weather). I hope he will follow thru with this when weather is better. So, will appreciate communication. Another concern is that the soil applied was very sandy and has easily blown off our sloping lawn.

Everything looks amazing! They did a wonderful job and have made our yard look fantastic. You can tell they use high-quality products and I appreciate that they cleaned up everything after each day of work. Rodrigo was great about staying in contact and updating me on the progress and when he would return to finish. We won't hesitate to call him again for future landscaping needs.

Mr. Bautista came to the house and we walked the property while I explained the work I wanted done. I explained that I was looking for someone who could do this job and then do regular fertilizing and weed control for me on an ongoing basis. Mr Bautista was not able to do the work until I was out of town. I assumed that since our walk through had been so detailed that I could expect the service done would meet my expectations. I received messages from Mr. Bautista while I was away about delays he had encountered getting the job done. When I returned to town the yard looked much improved. Mr. Bautista met me and we did the final walk through. There was beauty bark spread in areas that I had said I wanted left alone. Much of the pruning had not been done. Mr. Bautista explained that it would be better to leave the pruning until spring when he could better see where the dead branches were. Mr. Bautista said he wanted the customer to be happy with his work and to call him back in the spring to complete the work. I emailed him May 23rd to arrange for the pruning. I also said that I questioned the work that had been done to remove the weeds in the flower beds. There were more weeds coming through the beauty bark than would have been just from reseeding - especially the dandelions and morning glory vines. I had started pulling them out and found under the beauty bark large patches of grass that had been covered over and thick morning glory vines just under the layer of bark. Mr. Bautista called back in a few days. I reiterated my concern about the weeds. He said some areas could have been missed. He said he did not want to argue and that he wouldn't do more work for me. He said he would stop by to do the pruning sometime. I asked that he come when I was home. He said he would call me. I have not heard from him.
