"we did locate this customer finally, she said work was done 12-5-12, the correct date of job was 9-7-12 as stated on our invoice which [member's name removed] signed , she had 3 days to call back with any problems and we would have addressed the concerns she had! however she never has contacted us as of 4-15-13, she instead gave us a F rating !!!! as stated on her invoice before we cleaned that the carpet wear in in all traffic lanes and heavy wear in living room in front on lazy boy chair, also we advised her to get some carpet tape for bad seams in carpet. we honor guarantee but this customer waited 7 months and reported to Angies list that we did a bad job , instead of giving us the opportunity address her concerns, I was advised by Angies List customer service to contact [Member's name removed,] which I tried to do twice on 4-15-13 , she will not call me back.
