Very well. The crew was very helpful and friendly, even to the neighbors.

These guys were amazing.  I looked at the video of the inside of the sewer line a number of times and did not notice an obscure line through the broken tile.  The company owner said he thought he saw something and brought the gas company folks out with him when they opened it up.  Sure enough the gas line was driven through the sewer line back in 1984 when it was installed.  The gas company was charged for the repair, reducing our overall cost significantly.  But that isn't the only reason they are amazing.  Their honesty, professionalism, and integrity are refreshing and uncommon in these times of greed.  The quality of their work was incredible, with their job completion leaving the space cleaner and more orderly than before they started.  They were not the lowest bid we received but they were close enough that we felt we should go with them.  They seemed trustworthy and honest from the beginning and that is important to us.  As someone who retired from a career of hiring and firing people, I give Gillette my highest possible recommendation with absolutely no reservations.

Fantastic! Took great care to preserve as much of yard and garden as possible. Very professional. Crew members were great. Could not be more pleased.

I called Gillette Construction and spoke to owner Jerod who came out right away and spent time in my basement, which was backed up with sewage.  Jerod assessed the situation and gave me two estimates.  One for the repair of a failed section of the sewer line located behind by fence close to the alley and the second estimate was for an actual new sewer line, if it was discovered later that a new line was warranted.  I had received a total of 4 estimates for a new sewer line and his estimate was middle of the road as far as pricing.  But, honestly it didn't matter because Jerod was the only one who thoroughly took time to determine the real issue and was honest and efficient. 

I decided to follow my instincts and hired Gillette Construction to handle the work.  Jerod and his team showed up real early Saturday morning and started working.  The job was completed and I was back in service the same day. 

As always do your due diligence and field multiple bids but, when its all said and done theres really no need to work with anyone else.  If you're looking for honestly, integrity and quality work, I highly recommend Gillette Construction for all your sewer needs. 

Jerod and crew were easy to work with, on-time, and careful with the property. One end of the line required far more work than anticipated, but the other needed less. Adjustments were easily arranged and completed on time, despite the heat and mess.

Jerod and his crew worked 3 very long days - going 9' down and going under the power box - into the street. Can not say enough about Jerod and his crew. It took us a year and a half to find him and correct our sewer problems. Cost ended up more than the original bid due to city demands! Jerod's company did split some of the extra cost with us! Highly recommend his company to anyone!

Jerod and Jason from Gillette Construction and Consulting were exceptional in their handling of our sewer line replacement. Before they made their bid, they contacted the county and city to find out all appropriate permit requirements and local conditions. It turns out that our particular sewer line, which was installed int he late 1960s, did not have much for as-built drawings. And some that existed were incorrect.
They did their due diligence well, and made a fair bid for the work. They were lower than another bid, but the other company based their bid on an incorrect interpretation of our situation. And the other company charged us $250 to prepare a bid!
Jason did much of the work, and he was exceptionally professional. The work site was kept clean, we were informed of progress and issues, and the final project easily passed county inspection. The work was done in a very timely manner. 
They worked long hours and did very well. I highly recommend them. We also have some drainage issues, and will be hiring them again to help with that construction.
