Someone shattered the rear passenger window.  Because the window had to be ordered, they asked if I could come in to have them clean out the glass and cover it to keep out as much of the cold and rain as possible.  They were extermely maticulous with making sure all the glass was cleaned up prior to releasing the car to me.  When the new glass came in, they got me in right away and the work was done within the hour as promised.

The car model was so new they did not have a third party replacement so they had to order a new one from Subaru. They said that would take three days and that they would call when it came in. After five days we called and they took another day to find out that our windshield was given to another customer and that they would have to get another one. They offer on site replacement but did not make note of that so we had to reschedule installation so they could come to our home and do the service. 
The installer was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We are happy with the results.

I called Genuine to get a quote on windshield replacement. The person that answered was polite and very efficient. It was obvious that she knew all the right questions to ensure that I got an accurate quote. It ended up with me supplying her with the vehicle VIN number. She called the dealer and promptly called back with a quote. I told her that I would have to get back to her since Genuine was the first place I called. I then proceeded to get another quote. It turned out that the other quote was about 3 times the Genuine quote. Needless to say, I was suspicious that Genuine was not giving me quality product. I called Genuine back and was assured that they use only the best OEM materials. I was sold. An appointment was made for me to bring the car in and I was told that the operation would take two hours. I arrived at the appointed time and Genuine personnel went right to work on my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out that the whole thing only took 1.5 hours.  The whole experience was about as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company for auto glass work.

Service was good.  Repairman should up within 2 hour window (on the tail edge but still within window) and finished the job in about half hour.  I had a broken windshield for so long and he left the replacement crystal clear, it seemed as though there was no glass at all since I was so used to staring at cracks.

It's one of the few times that doing something stupid turned out better.  I left a 32" lcd box in my car for several days because I kept forgetting to swing by recycling center.  Someone smashed the driver's door window and no doubt was disappointed to find it was an empty box.  They rifled through my car that I've had for 12-years (it's in its limping years where I constantly encourage it by saying, "Just one more year... just one more year") and found nothing of valve.  They did take my 4 year old, worn gloves that I used when the weather is cold.  I'm convinced that they took my gloves purely out of spite rather than a true desire to have some very faded black leather gloves.
I was disappointed that I was going to have to put any money into my car as I'm just trying to get it last a bit longer, but it's hard to be in the Pacific Northwest missing a car window.  There is a problem with this window; it won't roll down.  I saw a mechanic and they said that could fix it for $400.  Yeah... So I've had a driver side window that hasn't rolled down for twelve to eighteen months.  I've just become used to it... which is probably why I forgot to mention it when they replaced that window.
I arrived in the morning at their Auburn location as they opened with book in hand prepared to wait.  It took around 1.5 hours (I assume more straightforward cases would be less time.)  Midway through the process, the gentleman came out to let me know that the window mechanism is broken.  I remembered and explained if they could just get it to be fully closed, I don't care if I every open that window again because I'm just trying to keep my car alive for one more year.  With this understanding, he disappeared into the back and I back to my book looking to mitigate the consequences of a different stupid decision of mine.  Between my book, mindful wandering, and pondering what our children would look like with a fellow customer gorgeous dame who shared the same last name as a long lost love, time flew and suddenly my car was done.  It rolled up alongside the waiting area windows, another gentleman came in and uttered these paraphrased words:
"All done.  Oh, by the way, we fixed your window too.  It now rolls up and down."  What an expected happy news!  I paid at the desk.  As I stepped into my car, I noticed that they had cleaned up all the glass from the old window that had been shattered across the front of my car (I put an old towel on top of it when driving down there and planned to stop by a place and use their auto vacuum to clean it.) 
All in all, I was very impressed by the professionalism and will use them in the future.
P.S.  I want my car to end it's live in a blaze of glory instead of ending up in a Pick and Pull parts establishment (I can't sell the car with a clear conscience.) I'd really like to see the car burned to the ground in a movie of some sort or even just a school project - as long as I'm not responsible for the cleanup.  So if you know anyone or are interested yourself, let me know in about one year.  Just one more year.

It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to accomodate my schedule. When I arrived at the shop they called the insurance company for authorization. At that time it was determined that I had given them the wrong information on the type of windshield needed (imbedded heater). They were quick to bring in the correct windshield and the error only cost me an additional half hour.

The service was excellent.  I was able to bring it in and they did the work on the same day which was very important as my window was broken and it was raining.  They did a great job and it was very reasonably priced.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent company.  Very professional, pleasant, and friendly over the phone.  Provided options and recommendations.  Even recommended a solution that was more moderately priced that some of the other alternatives.  Windshield was installed while truck was being serviced.  Everything was done correctly and cleaned up well.  Would use them again.

On time, at quoted price.

Estimated 2 hours to do at their location since I didn't have cover for them to come out. Finished 2 hours and price was no surprise.

Very pleased with this company from the outset. The office staff person was pleasant, cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. She gave detailed directions. I called at 10:30 and made an appointment for 1:30 that afternoon. She said it would take from 45 minutes to an hour, and it took just a little longer. The shop was busy, possibly due to the Labor Day weekend. Yet I got the impression no one was rushed or harried. Window is fixed, glass vacuumed out of car. Would definitely return.
