Great service - customer service might be described as sort of impersonal, brusque, but it was fine!

He did an excellent job. He was very helpful in showing me what the final outcome would be and how it would look. He helped in picking out appropriate shirts and a tie as well. He has a small business in the neighborhood and is very professional. He does the tailoring in his shop with his son. He's very friendly and warm - It was enjoyable experience working with him.

Fast and easy. Went in for a fitting, picked up suit the next week.

He took measurements, made his marks. I stopped in Thursday and the uniform fit perfectly. As a matter of fact, it is one of hte best fitting uniforms I have ever owned. There work was exceptional, it was fast. This is the best tailor I have ever used. The shop is clean, professional. Worth every penny. A good tailor is a lost artist, very hard to find. I can not thank them enough for their work.

When you step into Franco's it's a little like going back in time. His shop is quaint and the service is impeccable. One of the pairs of pants he took in for me were fully lined. His work is fantastic; you would never even know I had the pants altered.

I found Franco the Tailor on Angie's List. He got rave reviews. So, I took my pants to him. He took careful measurements. His son also was in on the discussion. He and is son do their own work, so their markings of the pants translated into a perfect fit for both pairs of pants. The second pair was so large on me that he and/or his son had to take the pants completely apart and retailer them to my smaller size. I am very pleased with the results. I was also happy with the price. It was not cheap, but not out of line for the work done. A high quality result is worth the money.

Although he didn't end up doing the work, I'm very satisfied with the advice he gave me about the clothing: that it would be better to return it than to have him work to correct the flaws in it.

He has done my business suits for 10 years. I am tall and lanky and have never found anyone better closer to Seattle.
