We have received multiple promises without followthrough. We have already spent a great deal of time trying to get the Fitness Outlet to honor their warranty.
If we go to the store, they make promises but then nothing happens.
It appears at this point that we would have to pay for any repairs to an outside party to ourselves. We don't believe this is right since the cycle has not been used very much, was expensive, was assembled by them and there is a sign on the cycle noting a 1 year labor and 3 year parts warranty.
We would warn others to be very careful in dealing with the Fitness Outlet--perhaps go to another place of business.
