The Good (everything but the pricing):
The movers showed up on time (although they were supposed to call us first and didn't) and were very professional. They took great care of the furniture, including wrapping the mattresses, and couch. They also carefully packed (wrapped) the table, end tables, coffee table, glass shelved TV stand and the TV. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and all items were placed in the new apartment where we wanted it. This took a total of about 6 hours (which includes time for the movers to drive to our location and back to their shop).
The not so good (the pricing):
Barbie was very polite on the phone and explained everything in great detail except for the pricing. They estimated the move at taking 8 hours with two people. I told her I didn't think it would take that long, but she said for the size, what we had, and distance, that's what they were estimating. Barbie did not explain that we would be charged for the 8 hours even if it took less. When I called her after the move to try and get a refund for the two hours, she wouldn't budge. I told her that I had mentioned that I didn't think it would take more the 5 (with the extra hour for travel making it 6), she said that didn't matter due to the type of contract we signed (which was because we gave them short notice). I asked if we would have been charged more if it went over 8 hours, and she said yes, so I don't understand why they wouldn't refund the 2 hours. I guess I should have read the contract better, but we were so busy with packing and other things, that I didn't get to read all the fine print.
Overall, I would highly recommend these movers. Even their per hour price is decent, you just have to make sure you read your contract fully before you agree to it.
