John arrived on time and immediately found several potential problem areas. We discussed a plan of action that would begin with repairing what he believed was the most likely cause of the leak. He made an appointment to return the following week to do the repairs. Although he did repair a problem, the day after the repairs, the roof was still leaking. I called John, and without hesitation, he said he would be back in the morning which was a Sunday. He arrived at 8 am on Sunday morning and moved on to another area that he had discussed the previous day. Those repairs did the trick, and thankfully, we haven't had any leaks since.

I was very happy to have had John work on my roof. John worked with me
to find a solution to an on going issue I have had with my roof and I
was very pleased. He was on time, professional and helped me go from
basically panic mode into relaxed mode, by finding an answer to
something that I felt had no answer other than getting an entirely new
roof.
I highly recommend John and his crew as they are excellent in all ways and I couldn't be happier to have called them.
