First time I've had a roof repair done so I'm not an expert. They were professionals and completed the job in 4 hours. They found an opening and got to my job in 2 weeks which was fast considering the busy summer season. I will only know if this was really successful if no roof leaks in that area develop this winter. The ground was really cleaned up good, and they wore T-shirts that identified the company which was also good. I am going to have the rest of the roof redone a section at a time, so this was the first section. Naturally the salesman was a bit pushy for me to finance to replace the entire roof at once, but my decision is to do it a section at a time and no financing. Entire operation went smooth and I will let them be part of the process next summer to give estimates for the next section to be replaced. Its hard to show a good picture since I'm on the ground shooting up, but also shows the Fence replacement I had done a month earlier through South Sound Fencing.

The work was performed on schedule inspire of the rain. The quality of the work was excellent and the crew was extremely helpful and courteous.

we had a hard time finding companies that did metal which we were looking for.
And we happened upon a gentlemen with fields roofing who said metal roofing wasn't really their specialty and gave us a few providers numbers which I thought was pretty cool on his part.
He also told us the going rate on raised seem was 7.00 per square foot give our take, anything over that he said to be careful with.
 we called a couple one came in at 10.00 per FT.
And Edwards came in at 7.00per ft right on the money.
They were prompt went at it strait away took about a week they did a good clean up and the roof looks great.
I would recommend these guys to everyone.

The contractor did a decent job, but left a lot of debris around the property (mainly moss).  Left extra shingles for future placement if needed.

They were punctual, answered any questions promptly, did exactly what they said they would with no surprises and cleaned the area completely each day before they left. We just had a large downpour and no leaks or issues!

Initially, I am pretty sure the salesman showed me a different product than the product we actually bought. Then when we signed the contract and went out to look at the color samples, what we were really buying was a less substantial material. We were concerned that we be able to walk safely on the roof material, because we clean our second story gutters from the roof, and were assured we could. Then when we signed the contract, the salesman told us we would want to be sure and wear special shoes, so we wouldn't slip. I was concerned, and when I was finally able to talk to the owner he said it was a little late for buyer's remorse.

Then they said we should really have a ridge vent, instead of the roof vents we had, so we said okay. Now there is an open space over house and garage the length of the ridge, that insects and/or rodents could enter the attic. There was no mention that we would need to install some sort of screen if we went to the ridge vent. Every time we have a windy day, needles and dirt sift down into the attic.

On the positive side, the employees who did the actual work were timely, hard working, and courteous, and kept the mess reasonably cleaned up.

About the first major rain after the installation, we found water on some of the storage boxes in the attic. We called the owner, who said he would come out and take a look, and he never came. We haven't had any problems since, so I hope all is okay.

On another note, the roof looks great!

I love my new patio cover...the owner Jim Edwards delivered as promised, completed the work on the date promised and installation went without a hitch. His office person Cheryl was prompt in answering my questions and getting answers for me prior to the work being done. I got exactly what I wanted and would use them again.

Prompt response received for  telephone call requesting estimate for the replacement of section of gutter. They were very polite, professional. Arrived when promised, completed work on time . All old materials removed and site was left clean.
Would definitely use the company again and would refer to friends and neighbors.

They did a very good job. I had other estimates and I chose this company as they seemed very good. I am very satisfied with the work.

Response for estimate was very timely. Appointment date and time was made and they honored the time frame. In fact they called the morning they were to arrive to do the work and confirmed the time. The worker was polite, professional, answered our questions and worked diligently. He didn't need a radio blaring in order to complete the job which was appreciated. We certainly will use this company again.

Excellent work from beginning to end. I selected company after extensive research and discussing project with 5 contractors. Competitive pricing, quick installation, and good communication from company.

THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. AT LEAST I CAN SAY THAT THE ROOF HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE THEY DID IT. THE MANGER CAME SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK UP ON HIS TEAM AND MAKE SURE THINGS WERE RUNNING SMOOTHLY.
