They were literally the only people in town that offered the service. We ended up having to reschedule the first day. Obviously that would have been a plus because I had taken that day off from work.

The experience was pretty simple, and it was fine. I had asked for a little extra for the size of the area they had to pressure wash, and so I paid extra. The work was done as necessary. The details could have been a little better but it was fine.

They did everything, including scheduling, just fine.  There was nothing unanticipated with the Deal.

They completed the evaluation and provided a proposal of work that they would do. There were no troubles and everything was fine.

Everything was fine. It took an hour to do and I had him put the insulation in my attic.

This is a few years old now, but having this installed actually helped out with the heat of upstairs. Our house is 93 years old with the original lathe & plaster with no insulation. After having this installed, it made it more bearable during the summer upstairs. 
The crew that arrived explained everything in detail, cut the whole in the roof, installed it, cleaned up and off they went. No hassles, just the way we like it!

The service wasn't great. He promised things that never came to fruition. He didn't even do his job properly. They were not responsive after the last service.

The employee was courteous and knowledgeable.   He told me what they could do to better insulate my house and suggested that I could do some of the simple/straightforward tasks myself.  They promised me a report of the inspection.  I was a bit surprised that he did not take any notes especially since he told me they would provide a detailed report.  When I did not receive the report after about a month, I contacted their office I think on two occasions and I did not hear back at all.  I have had no followup communication from them since.  I was very disappointed that they did not provide a written report.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was satisfactory. First I had a problem with billing and they way overcharged me for some vents they put in. I called and talked to the manager and told him what they told me originally. He corrected it and there was no problem. They were nice people and did a good job. I paid more but it was for the option of having more little vents put in. That amount was something I added on myself.

It was okay. The person who came with the pressure washer was like an 18 or 19-year-old kid and didn't have anybody else with him. When I told him for a patio pressure wash, he said, fine but in pressure washing the patio he splattered stuff everywhere, all over our garage, all over our windows, to our house. He made a humongous mess. After that I said this doesn't seem so great is there any way that you can clean that off and he was like, I don't know, I don't know. And I asked him for a phone number and followed up while he was still there and the guy said, yeah, he should definitely clean that up but he didn't really know how to do that very well. So, it was just not ideal.

I was really hoping to like these guys, but our experience was not all that great.  First, they needed to reschedule the work several different times for various reasons. Then when the installer showed up, I expressed my thoughts/concerns about the placement of the fan itself and we agreed on where it should go, but when I returned home I discovered that the fan had been installed on the opposite side of the roof/attic.  I also discovered that it was an entirely different brand/model of fan than what was offered in the Big Deal.  Before purchasing the deal, I had looked up information and reviews on the specific fan they had offered, so I wasn't very happy that they installed something completely different without letting us know.  Also, due to the multiple reschedulings, they had agreed to have the guy who was going to do the in-home consultation show up on the same day, but he never showed, so that part was never completed.  Two months later, when another service provider was up on our roof, he also discovered that they had left a blade for their reciprocating saw near where they installed the fan.   We had hoped we would be impressed with this company because we were wanting to eventually add a second fan in the attic and upgrade some of our insulation, but alas we will have to use another provider.

They were very good.  They were courteous and on time.  They did the work and it went fine.  They provide great service.  They set up the appointment quick, get out there quick and they're fine.

This was a great investment! We have an old brick tudor with weak insulation and our home would get SO HOT in the summertime. It still gets warm, but the attic fan makes a huge difference. Vendor performed the work quickly and unobtrusively and it was just what our home needed. Def recommended.

Provider did a walk-through of the house, set up his equipment for testing for air leaks, and performed the test. He answered all questions, and provided a list of recommendations, some small work to be done (that we could do ourselves), and some more major suggestions to make the home better insulated.  We've done the smaller tasks but have had to put off the more major insulation ones.

We were pleased with the outcome, and it was useful service. They were professional.

I don't think they charged me any more than the amount for the deal and the guy was nice. They came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. I remember he was prompt and he was nice and I guess I fond out that I didn't have any major energy leaks, so I had him check the windows and doors for me.

They gave us a great energy evaluation. He was very thorough and educational.

The man who came out was very thorough and professional. After he made his audit he went over every item with me to make sure I understood the situation. I learned a lot from this audit and while I have not yet addressed the problems he discovered, I know what they are and will get to them soon.

ecoInsulate Northwest were fine. They did the job fine, as they specified. I did think the house was a little high.
