My experience with Creative Tile and Interiors was very positive. The women in the showroom are knowledgeable and very resourceful. They listened carefully to what I wanted in both tile and carpet, and they pointed me toward materials that precisely fit the bill. In one case, a supplier provided bull-nose tiles that had the wrong finish on one edge, and the reps at Creative Tile discovered the problem and made sure that the supplier corrected it, all in a timely manner. (My construction project was not held up at all.) In my dealings with the tile showroom and the carpet showroom, I always received prompt and courteous service. I will add that the man who installed the carpet was very competent and nice, besides. It was a genuine pleasure getting to talk to him a little bit. We ended up sending him home with tomatoes from our garden!
