Excellent work

It went well. They were on time every time and all the workmanship was excellant. They had subcontractors do the installation of the new materials.  Yes I will use them again.    The only catch was when we placed our order the asked for a down payment and then charged us interest on the rest.  It was in the paper work but had they explained it to us at the time of placing our order we would have paid in full and saved hundreds of dollars.

There are times when you have a company who comes in and does the job in such a superior manner that you remember how grateful you are that you chose them to do the job.  It was a custom countertop job with shortened backsplash, and sink that was taken out and replaced.  In addition, there was an island countertop that required help from a nearby electric company that they secured and coordinated with and who was essential in the job completion.  They had to take out the  Thermador glass top stove top, and reinstall it dealing with european cabinetry which was somewhat of an challenge.  Luckily, the installer from the electric company was able to figure it out.  Both companies deserve recognition, but I do give credit to Countertop Solutions for superior corian countertops ( seamless finish work, and installation)., and for the ability to seek out the subcontractor and solve the problems and issues that they foresaw so that when the job was done, this customer was completely happy and satisfied.  
While I have generally had some good luck with most  contractors, not all of them have been up to the job so I really appreciate the great ones which is why I wanted to give Countertop Solutions much deserved credit even though I can't find the date of service without some real digging.  At the time of this installation, they were only beginning to get into cabinetry so i can only speak for their workmanship with corian.  Would most definitely use them again.

I contracted with Countertop Solutions to supply materials for this remodel. I needed a full shower stall, a vanity counter top with integrated bowl, and a window sill. The install went well and looked beautiful at completion. About 3 years ago cracks developed
in the shower pan. Countertop Solutions sent a repairman(different company) to inspect and possibly repair the pan. The cracks were
sealed but still plainly visible. The repair bill was $1000. shared by me  and Countertop Solutions. 3 months ago more cracks developed. The same repairman returned and was hesitant about repairing the cracks again. He thought the cracks would continue.
Water is again leaking thru the cracks.
I do not want another $1000. repair bill. I want a good looking high quality product. I have contacted several tile installers to completely redo the shower stall. I do not want to take a chance with another acrylic solid surface pan.
The problem is either a bad installation job, not enough support underneath. Or a bad piece of LG Hi-Macs. I have discussed this matter with Gary, the owner of Countertop Solutions. His company did not install the shower pan so he has no responsibility.I must have used an installer recommended by Gary since I don't know any personally. His company did not fabricate the shower pan so he has no responsibility. Gary now manufactures his own shower pans.
A reasonable person may think 10 years is a long time to then ask for a warranty settlement. I have used this company for 2 complete kitchen counter top remodels-both with integrated sink bowls. And I have used this company for 2 bathroom remodels. I have been a loyal customer and a good reference.

They finished the project and they were great. It is real friendly and customer oriented business. They kind of make do what ever you want. It is really just like what I wanted.

I chose Countertop Solutions over their competitors because they offered quick estimates, were cutomer oriented  and provided helpful advice with different materials to use with my bathroom project.  I was allowed  to take home samples of Corian and wood (cabinet).  No high pressure sale tactics- just easy going and pleasant.  Excellent workmanship in the Corian shower and the vanity cabinet.  One piece of advice:  they have limited granite samples to choose from, so I would recommend looking at the slabs in the warehouse before choosing what you want.    

It went great. Costco sent me to Countertop Solutions which did everything on time and professionally. I'm very happy with the results and got a great price.

Overall, it went super. This should be the second report, but we never thought the remodel would take SO LONG!!! We were so impressed with Countertop Solutions after they did our two bathrooms that we used their services for our new kitchen. Gary, owner of Countertop Solutions, answered all of our questions, educated us about the different products and his pricing was definitely competitive. From setting the initial appointments for measurements through the installation of the countertops...everything went smoothly. The install crews were on time, professional, thorough and thoughtful of our home. Great job!!!
