It was good. They also did stairs and I wouldn’t recommend them for stairs.

After waiting to be served (they were swamped) Service was fast and efficient. I had my exam done at the optemetrist's office inside Costco. Brought a book (they do have seating) and waited to order glasses. The staff was friendly, efficient.
No problem reusing my current frames for my regular glasses. For my sun glasses, I had to purchase metal frames. The clerk quickly helped me choose frames I liked in a price I could afford. My glasses should arrive in the next 10 days (I hope). I'll know that that point whether I'm still happy!

They had it completed it within a week. It was easy to do. You fill out simple paperwork at the kiosk and they call you when its ready to pick-up.

WE WERE PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE/COST AT THE TIME OF THE HOME VISIT. THE REPRESENTATIVE, PAMELA EGOLF, WAS PROFESSIONAL. ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED PROVED TO BE ACCURATE, ON TIME AND DEPENDABLE.

MISERABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM COSTCO'S CUSTOM SERVICE AS THEY SUB-CONTRACT THE INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WERE UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL. THE CONTRACT INDICATED A 4-6 WEEK LEAD TIME. AFTER 10 WEEKS, I CALLED AND THE BLINDS WERE NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM. INSTALLATION WAS A DISASTER. THE BLINDS WERE TERRIBLE. FOLLOW-UP WAS A NIGHTMARE. I EVENTUALLY HAD ALL THE BLINDS REMOVED AND RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

THE DECORATORS WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH IDEAS SINCE I'M NOT A VERY CREATIVE PERSON. AFTER ASKING ME A FEW QUESTIONS, THEY SUGGESTED A BASEBALL THEME WHICH SCORED A HOME RUN WITH ME AND MY FAMILY.
