CORCORAN LOCK & SAFE

This company is a local, established (has a storefront) company that provides good service. We called to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. We thought a house key had been stolen. They were able to schedule for later that afternoon. The locksmith arrived, rekeyed the locks. We were charged for a service call and 4 cylinder combination changes. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional

Corcoran and Guardian Lock and Safe in south Tacoma are two of the only services I trust any tacoma. Many "locksmiths" work off cells and out of vans they are not reliable or trustworthy, Pick someone who has been around for a while and who is listed in the old fashion phone book.

It went very well. The technician arrived on time. Brady was clear in his explanations of how he would complete the separate tasks and he did it as explained. He also suggested how to save money by reusing one of our existing fully functional knobs in a less visible location instead of charging me for a new knob. All in all, I was very pleased with the service call & the office. It was not inexpensive to have this work done, but it was worth it because the service was good and reliable.

Ryan is fast, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and personable.  he did a great job installing the various locks and door knobs I needed.  He also suggested various options for keeping costs down.  I needed to be able to lock door to my furnace and door to my hot water heater to keep little grandkids out. Ryan suggested a less expensive way to do this.  I will definitely use Corcoran Lock and Safe again.

It was very good, they were on time, very nice and called first before showing up and they got the work done.

Originally was told me they would try to work me today, but it might be tomorrow morning before they could come. About 15 minutes later, a call that they could come right now if that was OK. Ryan arrived, examined the problem, explained my options and then quickly made the fix we agreed upon.

the young man was wonderful! I didn't think I could use the new door handle I had purchased, but he showed me how it would work, did the work and it looks amazing and works perfectly! He had to go back to the shop for a part and didn't charge me extra! Great service!

He is knowledgeable and he gives you options on how the keys work. He is good on what he does and he knows what kind of key to give you.
