I checked them on BBB and they were good. They only had one complaint. As long as I'm living out here, I will not go anywhere else. They are fantastic. The owner actually works her and she works at the front desk. They offer come pick you up and the owner she herself pick me up which is cool.

I think it's hard to find a reliable and honest auto repair shop. I believe Cooper's Auto Repair Specialists are that shop. Took my truck in for an oil change and they did courtesy inspection. They showed me air filters that were very dirty. Changed the oil and air filters and my truck runs great. No unnecessary work or charges, if it doesn't need to be done they won't recommend the work. Finally, someone I trust.

As some time has passed since you were in I was able to read all of your reviews since you had been into our shop. It appears the next shop you wrote about you blamed them too for breaking your doors just as you had blamed us. I can see a clear pattern. If we had been responsible for the damage to your door(s) we would have stepped up and fixed them as we have the ability to do that. I have personally watched our guys do the next right thing taking care of folks when we have had a part break on our watch. The fellow that worked on your vehicle is still employed here at Coopers because he is honest ethical and kind enough to let us know when he has broken a part. The first conversation was by phone and I asked if they could get the work completed in three days. I had serched many Ford and Non-Ford Dealers and no one would commit to getting the work done in the time I had.
Upon arriving at their business I was treated professionally, and Chris stepped outside to look at my truck. We agreed on what was a fair price for the work, and I was told that unless a new Head was needed that the work could be completed on time.
The owners wife, a charming gal, gave me a lift home, about 15 miles round trip.
As I mentioned, the work was completed ahead of time, very professionally, showing me the old parts afterwards, and explained the warrenty that comes with their work.
Copies of all transactions were given along with receipts attached.

My wife was having some car travel, so the lady who met my wife on where she was, rode with her to come pick up the other car and then she personally drove the car back to the mechanic so they can look at it. They are really friendly, try to help you out. When they give you a quote for something, they don't really try to push to sale. They just say, "Hey, this is what it is, this is how much we are charging you for it." They give you a printout and they asked you first to look at it. It was not like pushy sales, it is more like, "Hey, this is what is wrong with it and this is what we think." and you can make a decision from there. If something goes wrong, they fix it.

I was pleased at the speed and accuracy of the repair as well as the overall cost. They gave me a military discount and preformed the diagnosis quickly and did the repairs quickly. The shop was clean and the personnel were friendly and polite over the phone and in person. I would recommend this shop to any one that needs work done on their car.

Were told by our car dealer that our car (2006 H3) needed new oil pan, boot seal valve cover, front cover, etc..at an estimate of 3,300.00!!!!! We then took it to Coopers Auto Repair and they said that not all of what the dealer said was correct. They were VERY friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, showed us their findings on what needed fixing and repaired it all. In fact, they were unable to fix one part and it had to be ordered from the manufacture and when they got the part in, they only charged us for the part, not the labor!!! A few days later, we even received a Thank You note from them! As I write this review, we now taking our 2006 Mustang GT to them for its 60,0000 mile service. We will be taking ALL our cars here from now on!
