We had a water leak in the downstairs laundry room. Called Mr. Marks and he came the next day. The house was built in the 60's and Mr. Marks explained that the old lead pipes needed to be replaced and the sizing of the pipe were inadequate for the drainage. He showed us the pipes he cut out of the wall. He explained every repair step by step.
After the repair he told us to watch it for a few days and make sure it does not leak, and he would return to replace the drywall.
He came back in three days and finished the job. There were no more leaks and the inside of the wall was completely dry. He cleaned up after every job.
As for the fence, we had a new fence installed by another company over a year ago and they did a horrible job. The last windstorm knocked it down. Mr. Marks explained to us that the other company did not put the post deep enough in the ground to hold the fence and they also used posts that were not tall enough. He replaced the post and rehung the fence and the gate.
WE are very pleased with his work. This is not the first job he has done for us. He works on all of my rentals and my personal home.

I appreciated that he was very efficient and neat and that he made sure I was satisfied with the job. I also liked the fact that he went over the actual parts of the tree to be cut and removed first in order to ensure that he did not make a mistake in removing a wrong part. Joe is very personable and professional; I would hire him again and highly recommend him. His major areas are plumbing, installation, and remodeling/upgrades, but he also did a great job removing our neighborhood trees. Other neighbors are now hiring him for work in our area due to his good reputation of meeting your expectations.
I highly recommend Joe (Coast 2 Coast NW) and would hire him again for future projects. His rates are reasonable and I believe that he would do the best job for whoever hired him.
