Click! Network has been so great to work with. Every time I call and interact with them, they are quick to answer the phone and super responsive  with their follow up to service requests. One time I needed to go into their on site customer service office and the line was short and they were very friendly and helpful with needing a new remote (replacement).

Their costs are reasonable for the number and variety of channels we receive. Whenever we have had any issues (very few over the years, a couple of outages and a need to upgrade our box and one time our remote quit working), they have been extremely helpful and provided a quick response. They believe quality customer service, and we appreciate it. When one of our remotes quit working, they told us to bring it in and exchange it for a new one, and when they saw how old it was, they gave us a 2nd one for our other tv, so that they would both be the new remote! Outages have been quite minimal. One time service went out while we were home and Comcast was laying cable on our street, so we called Click! and they were on-site within minutes and replaced the cable (Comcast had already done a quick (and poor) patch and had buried it. We were very thankful we were home when this happened, as it would have degraded and then been an expense for us to repair down the road.

They charge way too much. I use them because it is the service provided by the city of Tacoma. It is in direct competition with another company. The one thing I like about Click Network is that it's not another company. They have been really good the few times that I have had contact with them for service. My overall experience with them has been good.
