This is an amazing company!  Single person owns it, does the work and is stellar.  He is highly responsive - calling back quickly after I left a message. 
His work is amazing!  Not only do the windows look amazing, but he is clean and tidy while he works as well, leaving the house exactly as it was before he came.  I would highly highly recommend his services!

They were professional,, did a great job with the windows and also with the gutters.  Very good to work with.

Contacted Shawn by email and he setup an estimate appointment for that Saturday.  I had an additional estimate coming in that weekend.  After discussing with my wife the two estimates we decided to go with Clearly Windows.
I contacted Shawn again via email and he was able to fit us into his  schedule the following week.
While they were about 15 - 20 mins late,  he txted me and informed me of their delay due to traffic.  Shawn and Zack were professional and efficient in tackling the job which consisted of 18 windows on a two story house.  They completing the whole process in under 2 hrs.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of work and final product...

Zach arrived early and asked if there was anything he needs to be aware of and then went straight to work on the outside windows & skylights. Next the screens were cleaned. He then covered his shoes and went to work on the interior windows. He was very professional and focused on his task. The windows are spotless.

I contacted Clearly Windows Monday morning by email, and by the afternoon I had a call back. I explained that I was hiring them for work at my parents home. Shawn went to their house the next day to estimate the costs. He was so nice and spent a few minutes visiting with my folks. They came out that Saturday and did an amazing job. Clean, neat, and very polite/professional. I would hire them again in a minute.

Windows were cleaned inside and out.  The window frames were clean
inside and out - (they had not looked this good in ages!).  The screens
to the windows were washed.  And all the mess and water was cleaned up.

They were great. I think that the windows could have been cleaned a little bit better. They need to clean the tracks out. I was surprised that they did not do that. I ended up wiping everything down. He only had to clean the gutters in one area and he lowered the price. I thought the price for the windows was expensive. They came out immediately. They were prompt and courteous. I would use them again in the future.

Everthig went well.  The bid was cometitive and the work was done just as promissed.

Arrived on schedule and completed the entire project in one long day. Shawn and Vaughn were professional and courteous. The quality of the work was excellent.

Very pleased with the service.  The professionalism  of the entire team was awesome.  From start to finish they courteous, professional, friendly, and did a super job.  Thoroughly cleaned the windows inside and out.  The screens were cleaned as well.  If you want good professional service and the job done right , give em a call!   There is no doubt I would use them again in the future.

On time, friendly got jobs done in timely professional manner. Was treats for dogs going to use for putting up xams lights.

The window cleaning portion of our contract, though pricey,
went very well. Our windows sparkled after their cleaning. I cannot say as much
for the gutter “cleaning” portion of the event. Our gutters are not under any
trees, so they were not especially filled with debris. The technicians from
Clearly Windows did not so much clean them as they merely ran a pike down them
spilling debris over the edge and onto whatever might have been beneath. What were
beneath, in addition to ornamentals, were decks, porches, and roofs. They made
no effort to actually clean the gutters, and they further made no effort to
clean up the droppings. They also stepped on a slate roofing tile and broke it
without informing me. When I contacted owner Shawn Slattery about these
matters, he came right out and blew off the fallen debris and replaced the
roofing tile. In the end we are very satisfied with the window cleaning and
satisfied with the rest.

They did a very thorough job but missed one place on one window. We called, and they returned the following day to correct the situation. This is a very professional company, on the expensive side, but well worth it.

The crew showed up on schedule.One clean the exterior as the other cleaned the interior. My windows are spotless! It appears as though the windows are open to the outside. Great job.
