It went fantastic. When we purchased our home the previous owner said they did not know if the central vacuum worked and they not longer had the hose or vacuum to test with. Shawn came out tested and cleaned the unit. He confirmed each port had good suction. Last he demonstrated several models of tool kits for us. I can't say enough how happy I am with Shawn and his great customer service and having working central vacuum.
