Alissa was informative, knowledgeable and professional about her work. She took care of business and even set a snap trap on my water heater. Fall always comes with the rodent invasion. Bulwark has been great at stopping them for the past several years. Recommend this company highly!

Zach did an excellent job and courteous and timely! Bulwark has an amazing product and service.

Tech removed all the wasp nests around the house, sprayed the ground, crawl space and attic to prevent pests.

Charles Cooper is my regular Tec and he is awesome! He knows just what I need done and does it in as most efficient manner possible. I would prefer that he is always the one to service my account.

This companies integrity is terrible. They came out to my property and did a half service. Then they said they sent out a guy for service , and when I checked my cameras, their service provider sprayed for 30 seconds hopped back into his vehicle and then left . Meanwhile, they turned around and billed me for a full service. I called them several times, asking them to do their diligence and make sure the job is completed. They continued to schedule and never came out , then billed me several times for no service at all. After not reaching me and running up charges , they then sent me to collections and tarnish my credit. I followed up with them and spoke to a manager by the name of Colleena , who asked me to aend her the footage from a year ago to resolve the issue. However, she also stated that since it's in collections, she can't do anything, which is a mixed message. Once she couldn't deedxalte the situation and became defensive, she pushed me to the next supervisor, Kari! This became the third person they sent me to on one phone call. Again , they ran us in a circle to only blame us for them, not providing their services, continuously charging us, and then sending us to collections. I recommend to NEVER , NEVER, NEVER use this company for service. Make sure you check their work diligently and your cameras because they will due the bar minimum.

Zach did a very thorough job knocking down spider webs along with wasp nests! Took time to make sure and get it all. He also treated inside for small black house ants. Since we’ve had Bulwark has done our pest control we have noticed a huge difference in seeing way less insect activity and feel they are well worth the money spent. Great job today Zach!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Jayden was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and set up treatments in both my attic and closets. He also was very clear about follow up and touchups if the issue continues so I can be assured the issue will be resolved.

Jayden came by on short notice, super informative, efficient, and very nice/accommodating. Could not recommend him more!

Jayden Meeks, the tech who came to my house, was terrific! He happily did anything that I asked for, and patiently explianed why the pedicures was safe for my dog. He also explained how my interior walls would be coated by a special composite by taking an outlet out for each wall and spraying into the opening. I highly recommend this exterminating. It is a family business, and it shows!

Charles Cooper, was very kind and thorough. He sprayed a wasps nest that we had in the backyard, treated our home for spiders inside and out, and also checked our attic for any signs of rodents. We would love to work with Charles again.

Initially had excellent quality treatment last year This year the technician did a poor job and left many webs and spiders Upon relaying that to Bulwark they immediately scheduled a revisit. Not only thorough, it was free! Their satisfaction policy is a real thing. I want to give kudos to our technician, Zackary Hougue, who was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Our experience with Bulwark Terminating has been positive so far. We’ve had quarterly treatments for about a year now and it has seemed to help control the number of spiders and bugs we see. We especially appreciate our tech, Charles Cooper, for his efficient service, helpfulness, and clear communication on the issues he has identified and what he’s done to address those problems.

Spencer was amazingly professional and responsive. I loved the solution he crafted for the yellow jackets that turned out to be honey bees. he skillfully relocated them.

Zackary and Fransisco did a great job working around a toddler and pets and were so quick and efficient , thank you!

Tearyn took her time and treated every area and a bit further. She found a fire ant nest I had not noticed was there and took care of it. I have a curious dog that could have found first so am thankful!!
