Hired Dan to give us a bid on a project where we wanted to move a washer & dryer from downstairs to upstairs in our condo. This meant removing the existing water heater, installing a different shaped water heater, routing plumbing & electrical, building a shelf & door, repairing walls, and replacing some lights while we were at it.
The project was very complex for only impacting about 10sf. Because it is a condo there was coordination with the HOA as well as working in tight quarters and common areas of the building to access plumbing & electrical. The install was in our master bathroom and we continued to use the space over the course of the remodel. Every night when we came home, the job site was clean and ready for our use until he returned the next day.
Dan & his team were always a pleasure to work with.
