We were pleased with the work that they did. They did a professional job of taking out old insulation, putting in new and covering up everything with a wire. They did a very good job.

He was very punctual and professional and we read that we should get bids from several companies and I now agree with that 100% . We are very happy with the work that has been completed and it is making a big difference in keeping the house warmer. They handled the $600.00 rebate from PSE so we didn't have to do any of that.

I just bought a house and the previous owners had insulation added to the crawl space by this company. We thought this company had damaged our water line to our refrigerator when they installed the insulation. After they came out, it seemed we were probably mistaken about them causing the damage and this was probably an issue from the previous owners. They fixed it anyway because customer service was very important to them. I am extremely impressed they fixed it after we came to the realization it was not very likely they did the damage.

The company provided the estimate within 24 hours of seeing the job and showed up to do the work within a week of the estimate. Employees showed up on time, were pleasant and did the work quickly. Of four companies, they were the lowest bid and performed quickly and competently.

I obtained three bids for this job. Although they took longer than they said they would to get back to us with the estimate, when they did they were by far the most reasonable in price.
The job was completed on time and done well. Prior to coming out, they responded to all my questions on the phone and took the time to explain things to me. Boulton also took care of the Puget Sound Energy rebate paperwork for us up front, sending it to us in as part of their bid papers (the other companies didn't do this) so we knew exactly how the whole thing was being billed -- it was very transparent.

The vent baffles installed when we had blown-in insulation installed in the attic over 20 years ago were only a little larger than the diameter of the soffit vents. Over the years the insulation would get blown around and I would have to clear it away from the baffles before it blew over into the vents. I got tired of messing with that job and checked out information on newer type vent baffles. I called Boulton and inquired if they would install vent baffles only, I did not need new insulation installed. Bill from the company came and check out the attic on 26 May and wrote a bid for installing the baffles.

While conducting some other renovatoin on the house we determined that some of our walls didn't have inslualation. It made sense to insulate the walls since the holes could be fixed during the course of renovation. The estimator came out on short notice and provided an estimate quickly. The staff at Boulton insulation was great about answering my questions and addressing my concerns. We were able to schedule work to start in a few days. On the day the insulation was to be installed the crew arrived about an hour later than I was told. All the work took less than a full day to complete. The workers drilled holes where I directed. They also took care to put down tarps to keep the house clean and vacuumed the rooms when they were done. Overall they did a good job with minimal hassle and I would hire them to do work again.

They did a very nice job of cleaning up underneath the house and replacing the things that were broken. They were very pleasant and have been in the area for 60 years, and they were very solid. I had a friend recommend them as well as the recommendations on the list.

This was a great experience from my first conversation with Alden who happens to be one of the owners. He explained in detail over the phone what they can do, and also gave me a ballpark figure. Bill, their estimator came out to look over the job site. He too explained the process clearly and in very good detail what will be done. His job proposal was outlined very well, and the price came pretty close to Alden's over the phone ballpark figure. I felt comfortable and confident with this company. Their pricing was also better than three other companies I met with. The guys who did the install shielded part of the room where the access is, and they laid plastic out on the floor. They worked quickly and kept debris to a minimum. They did a great job.

WE WERE REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY BOULTON INSULATION. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION AND DID A VERY GOOD, QUALITY JOB.
