I do not leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, and this was one of those times. Bond contacted us 30 mins before the scheduled arrival to ask if they could come later in the day, which was totally fine by us. There was some issues with the text service so I followed up around 11am, where I was given the direct number for bond. I sent a message there as well as on the app with requested photos of the project space. By 5 pm, we had no further messages from Bond. While not hearing at all is unprofessional, I do understand people are busy and waited until today to hear back. Now halfway through the following day, I have heard no response from the bond, no attempt to reschedule, or communicate that there were any ongoing problems. We do schedule around people making commitments, and we are left feeling disappointed.

When he came by to give us a quote, he was very honest and straight forward about what it would take to do the job and doing it right. I got to see him do his work first hand till the end (very impressive). Price he charged was very reasonable! Everything I just described about him above is probably the reason why “Bond Electric” is always booked. But, if you have the patience and want good quality work. I’d highly recommend Bond Electric! The charge was higher than necessary.

The worker was about an hour late to provide the estimate, but when it was time to do the work he was early and fast and charged exactly what the estimate was to replace my electric panel

Would definitely use again! Cost was very reasonable compared to Craigslist electricians and working with a reputable company made it a no brainier. Robert was on time, very knowledgeable and nice. Explained what he was going to do and followed the request my husband left (he had to work). I thought a named company would be more expensive NOT SO!

Just bought a “new” (1907) little house and the electrical panel had to be replaced. My knowledge about electrical work is, well, limited, and I’m relocating to a new city. When Todd Bond walked into my house, he seemed fascinated, and filled me in on all the original features that had been retained. He also confirmed that the electrical wiring throughout the house had been updated. Todd was so knowledgeable, I was fairly certain that the right person was replacing my electrical panel. The work cost a bit more than I originally anticipated, but Todd took care of the entire installation process, including City permits and inspection. Moving to a new community, it is reassuring to know that I found an expert electrician, who is reliable and very personable.

We had a limb come out of a tree and crack the mast of our electricity feed to our home. It was recommended to call Bond Electric and Todd Bond came out. Great guy and explained every step so I could easily understand the process. Good because I know nothing about electricity other then it runs my home. Also I notice a very good relationship between him and Tacoma Public Utility. That shows Todd's integrity and respect - a very big thing for me. Todd got the job done quickly without lag time and he was right on estimate. I will use Todd in all my major electrical needs for this home.
