I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by Tahvia at Biz Design & Sign. I placed an order May 25 and was very specific about the brand/model to ensure fit. All 12 of the XL hoodies were significantly smaller than expected. After several emails to Tahvia explaining the problem and she responded with a "solution" that suggested neither she nor Sanmar were responsible and I could purchase a different brand and pay for reprinting and hope it fit correctly. I contacted Sanmar directly and was advised to measure and compare it to the specs provided on their website. To ensure it was correct, I took it to another Print Specialist for verification where she overlayed it onto another sweatshirt of the same brand/model. There was a significant difference. Once I had pics to send to Thavia to prove the sweatshirt were in fact mislabeled or defective, she then made an effort to reach out to Sanmar and take responsibility and correct the problem. I felt like this should have been her action from the beginning. It should not have required me to do the legwork to prove I received mislabeled items. Once she admitted the items were incorrect and started the process to replace and reprint, it took another five weeks to receive the completed order. The lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction is evident in the way she handled this transaction. Highly disappointed.
