Furniture - Sales, Interior Design and Decorating
): I was told to expect my rug and furniture selections in 6 to 8 weeks. My furniture arrived 7 weeks later on March 19, 2011 - I had to track down the designer to find out that I should not expect my rug for another 4 months!! It is now 4 months later and Todd Copitzky, the manager of the Tukwila Bassett Furniture store, STILL cannot give me an exact date of WHEN my rug will be delivered. My patience has run out. Since the couch and 2 chairs I purchased were based on the rug colors, and, since I have YET to get my rug....I will be visiting the store to demand they take their couch and chairs back - as well as the "PHANTOM" rug - and refund my money.
